The Chronokinetic Universal Builder
Backstory
Zizz is an Angel from another world called ⴽⴻⵎⴻⵜ-ⵏⵉⴳⴻⵔⵉⴰ. Zizz's origins are shrouded in mystery and at this stage of the ability, little is known about her home planet or why she came to Earth. Zizz managed to hitch a ride to Earth on Hagoromo's Comet. She embedded herself into the supernatural object and patiently waited to find a soul that was as pure and kind as her own. As the Comet passed by Kirigakure, Zizz established resonance with Kitsuki. The Angel was drawn to Kitsuki's wish to make the world a better place and leapt out of the Comet right to where her host was standing. Kitsuki in turn was compelled to investigate the crash site and that is where she found her new companion and guardian: Zizz the Chronokinetic Universal Builder.
Description
Zizz is celestial Angel. She is a being partially made out of pure Angelic chakra, biological matter, and a host of other off-world properties. Zizz takes the appearance of a fairy-sized dark skinned Angel with white hair. Zizz is completely naked although she is wont to use her numerous white and black wings to cover up her naked body (she does have a sense of modesty when around humans).
Zizz is one of nine such beings percolating throughout the universe. The Angels are comparable to the Demons of this world. They often find themselves attached to hosts who may draw on their power. Angels (sometimes called Tsubasajū) radiate a special type of chakra known as "Angelic chakra" that is golden and holy in nature. Unlike Demons who feed off of negative energy and emotion so as to strengthen their hosts, Angels feed off of positive emotions and respond to instances of valor, resolve, love, and determination. In doing so, they interface with their host and grant them certain powers.
Angels are not sealed into their host. Instead, they create an invisible psychic tether to them and their host. Because the power and knowledge gained from this level of the Restricted is minor, these invisible filaments cannot be severed or tampered with. This allows the Angel greater flexibility and freedom in terms of operating outside of the host's body but it does mean that the powers gained pale in comparison to that of a fully realized Jinchurikki.
Like Demons, Angels have their own distinct personalities, but they do not communicate through speech as Demons do. Instead, they resonate and emit specific psychic vibrations that certain people can tune into. These frequencies can communicate complex ideas and essentially function as "speech" in their own way. The frequency has its own script called "Mende" which is the most commonly used writing system on Zizz's homeworld. Zizz's personality can best be described as "free-spirited creative genius." As part of her title "Universal Builder" suggests, Zizz is intrigued by crafted items and chemicals. She gets awfully excited when someone is crafting around her and she doesn't care for those who disrespect or destroy crafted items for no good reason. Zizz is sweet, polite, and of unbridled good nature.
All Angels have the ability to dramatically increase and decrease their size. At this level of Restricted, Zizz is generally about the size of a fairy or small bird. She can hide on Kitsuki's person (usually within the folds of her afro-pigtail or in her jacket pocket). Zizz can also go ultra-small to basically avoid being damaged by any attack at all. She can shrink down to the size of a sub-atomic particle, and if necessary, even smaller. This means Zizz basically cannot be harmed or damaged by anything. She will always shrink down to avoid the attack such that the particles that make up the attack are too big to do any actual damage to her. It is important to note that Zizz as an entity has no true combat value. She can be sent to and fro for communication purposes but ultimately aside from granting Kit knowledge and abilities, she herself cannot harm or interfere with anything in the game world. For now.

Abilities
Zizz grants three abilities to its host at this stage: Divine Messenger, Tenshijutsu, and Jikanton.
- Divine Messenger:
Zizz is a Divine Messenger in every sense of the word. She can travel at the speed of light to any point around the world to deliver messages on Kit's behalf. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, Zizz doesn't really "speak". She resonates and through this resonance she can communicate ideas. Generally one needs a base Intelligence of A-Rank to understand this OR they must be Lawful Good (their history, actions, and general personality must comport with what is considered lawful good or close to it). If a person doesn't fall into these categories they can't really understand Zizz. She can pantomime and play charades but other than that she doesn't speak nor can she write anything. She herself also can't understand human speech or writing. Thus, her ability to communicate with people who don't fall into those two categories are severely diminished.
- Tenshijutsu:
Zizz can teach Kitsuki the fighting style of the Angels: Tenshijutsu. The world where the Angels hail from has extreme cycles. Sometimes its gravity is orders of magnitude heavier than Earth and other times it is so light that its inhabitants can fly. After years of evolution and learning, the denizens of the planet had created a combat style that can be used for fighting under both conditions. Using Angelic chakra, Kit can invigorate her body and make use of this style which consists of grace and speed (zero-gravity) but also heavy and powerful attacks (1000x-gravity). The combined elements of this style make it one of the most formidable martial arts in the known universe.
Tenshijutsu grants 5 UQ Tiers to the following stats: +2 Tiers Strength, +1 Tier Constitution, and +2 Tier Coordination.
Tenshijutsu is ultra-broad and serves as a Skill rather than a physical style. For the purposes of boosting order it is considered an "Aura". It is not a martial art in the same sense as Goken or Gentle Fist. Therefore, it can be stacked with other fighting styles. It is helpful to think of Tenshijutsu as being a sub-discipline of Taijutsu. However, it is a subdiscipline that is so unique and specific that it stands alone. As Kenjutsu is to Bukijutsu, Tenshijutsu is to Taijutsu.
Experience Cost: 500 Experience to unlock | 100 Experience per post to use with a maximum of 15 posts.
Note that this means once the experience is invested the user will be able to use Tenshijutsu for a set amount of posts per thread. Once those posts run out, the experience does not need to be re-invested once more. They only have to wait until they are in a new thread before utilizing Tenshijutsu again.
Whenever Kitsuki uses Tenshijutsu, 25% of her total chakra pool is locked away and rendered inaccessible. This section of her chakra is used to strengthen the tether between her and Zizz. This means that she can only use up to 75% of her chara while using Tenshijutsu. If she aims to use that final 25% of her chakra then she must cease using Tenshijutsu.
- Jikanton:
Zizz is a chronokinetic which means she can manipulate time. She passes this ability on to her host Kitsuki in the form of a new and rare element: Jikanton (時間) or Time Release.

Description: After making the appropriate handseals, the user will channel their Time Release chakra and spread it outwards creating a time distortion bubble. This bubble can reach up to 70 meters. The outside of the bubble has a slight golden hue to it indicating its presence. From the outside looking in the interior appears a bit hazy. The inside however is similar to the outside world except for one notable difference. Enemy techniques and projectiles will move slower than normal while within this bubble. Depending on the amount of chakra placed within the Phir-Se bubble, the debuff will be anywhere from a C-Rank equivalent up to an S-Rank equivalent. For an additional 15 CP, a blast of golden light will occur within the dome and the technique/projectiles will be frozen in time altogether, completely suspended in reality until the user leaves the thread. This can be done only once per dome.
Weaknesses: This technique does not debuff the opponent's body. Their stats remain the same for the purpose of moving within the bubble. While this distortion effect does not negatively impact Kitsuki's projectiles or techniques, it will affect allies for 1 post. However, once it has a chance to fully calibrate it will only slow down the techniques/projectiles of enemies.

Description: This technique is a variation of chakra flow. Whereas a user might enrapture an object/weapon with an element such as fire, wind, or lightning, this technique allows the user to do the same with time itself. The user will focus their Time Release chakra around a weapon of their choice. They will coat it in raw time which takes the form of an intense golden glow. Depending on the amount of chakra placed within the technique, the intensity and power of the flow will be anywhere from a C-Rank equivalent up to an S-Rank equivalent. When the weapon strikes a person or object it will age and degrade it/them in a manner consistent with the power of the time flow. If it strikes a weapon, armour, or item it will debuff that item's quality upon contact at an amount consistent with Time Flow's power. If the object reaches E-Tier it will shatter as a result of being de-aged and worn down.
Weaknesses: Zizz loves and respects crafted items and thus she is loathe to destroy them via this technique. She subconsciously weakens this jutsu when she can sense the object was crafted by someone. Regardless of the power placed within the item, it will only damage the object's quality at a - per contact.

Description: The user makes the appropriate handsigns and then fires a concentrated beam of time. The golden beam will then age/degrade an object or person at A-Rank power. The beam is fired from one of the user's hands but if two hands are used then the Speed of the technique is increased by 1 tier. The dimensions of the blast are akin to a Kamehameha wave.
Weaknesses: The beam is fired in a straight line.

The user speeds up time in relation to their own movement thereby granting a +1 Tier to Speed. In turn, time is slowed down in relation to the opponent's movement. It decreases the opponent's Coordination by a --.
Because this fighting style was originally envisioned to be used while fighting in the air or in space itself, it has the additional ability to grant a unique ++ to Speed when fighting in those domains. (This is Kitsuki's unique ++ booster).

Hand Seals: Half Tiger
Description: After performing the necessary seal, the user bathes an object in a glow of golden Time Release chakra. It will then instantly vanish from the present. The user can essentially banish this object to some distant point in the past (anywhere from ten thousand to 1 million years in the past). The user is thus capable of hiding objects "in time" thereby making them completely inaccessible to anyone except the user until the point in which they are ready to be recalled. When the user wishes to recall the object, they form the Half Tiger seal and recall it from the far past. It will appear in their hands or somewhere near their body.
Weaknesses: The user can only banish an object about the size of a car. The user must be touching the object. This technique only works on objects not people. Even though these objects are sent to the distant past, they are put in a hermetic time bubble stasis. Any beings or lifeforms would not be able to perceive the time-displaced object and the object itself would not be able to interact with things in the past. This means that the object's presence in the past cannot effect events in the present.

Description: After completing the necessary handsigns, the user will flash a bright ray of Time Release chakra blinding enemies in the area (up to 25 meters) for 1 post. If they are hit by the ray of bright Time Release chakra, the user will be able to manipulate their opponent's sense of time. Visually their physical attacks will appear blurry or with a mirror effect that looks like this and this. It incurs a -1 Tier to Perception debuff for the purposes of tracking the user's physical attacks. This technique only affects enemies.
Weaknesses: If the opponent shields their eyes by shutting them completely for the duration of the light blast, they will not experience blindness although they may still be subject to the debuff. The debuff can last for a maximum of 5 posts.

Description: After making the appropriate handseals the user will channel their Time Release chakra and spread it outwards creating a dome-like bubble. This sphere can reach up to 10 meters. The outside of the bubble has a slight golden hue to it indicating its presence. From the outside looking in the interior appears a bit hazy. The inside of the dome will have frozen time completely essentially serving as a powerful generic defense against a variety of attacks. Anything within the bubble will be completely frozen in time although any thinking beings within will still be of conscious mind. Depending on the amount of chakra placed within the Time Sphere, the defensive power will be anywhere from a C-Rank equivalent up to an S-Rank equivalent. Like the Water Prison, this jutsu can be used defensively or it can be used to entrap enemies inside. However, when this is done the user must focus on the keeping the target trapped. They can perform other techniques but they cannot move from the spot where they trapped the opponent.
Weaknesses: If the user casts this dome to protect themselves, they will not be able to move within. They will be frozen in place although they will be able to move their eyes. They are still conscious and can cancel the dome at any time they just cannot move.

Description: Utilizing the power of Zizz's Chronokinesis, Kitsuki is capable of cauisng objects to return to her. Time is reversed in relation to that particular object causing it to retrace its movements so that it ends back up in her hand. For example, she can throw her cane and then recall it to her hand. The object will flash with golden light and then "go backwards" in time until it is on her person or in her hand once more.
Weaknesses: While the process is fast, it is not unblockable. Someone or something can interrupt it by grabbing the weapon before it makes its way back to Kit.

Description: After making the appropriate handseals, the user will channel their Time Release chakra and apply it to an technique/attack that is A-Rank or lower. The user will thus be able to temporarily displace the effects of the technique/attack. This application can be done either by the user's body being struck by the technique/attack or through a weapon wielded by the user. The characteristics and effects that make an attack harmful (ex: the blunt trauma of a punch, the heat of a fireball, etc etc) will be sent to another point in time. The user can send the attack/technique seconds, minutes, hours, days, years, decades, centuries, or even a millennia in either the past or present. The cost of this technique depends on the power of the jutsu being used.
Weaknesses: While Zizz can bend the laws of temporal mechanics there are some iron-rules that even she cannot break. Effects temporally displaced into the past can NEVER affect the present or the future. These effects are held in a chronokinetic stasis meaning that while people in the past may "perceive" them, this perception has no bearing or effect on the sequence of events that would have played out otherwise had the effect not been displaced in the first place. In short, this technique cannot be used to influence the present or future by sending attacks into the past. This prevents the creation of temporal paradoxes or other unsavory consequences that often comes with time manipulation. For techniques/attacks sent into the future, there is a possibility that such effects could harm someone, however, before the effect actually "reaches" the future point anyone standing in harm's way will feel a distortion. A feeling of wrongness and impropriety inherent within all humans that experience the phenomena of time. This gives them a chance (seconds, minutes, etc) to get the hell out of dodge before the effect actually reaches the present. This technique cannot temporarily displace S-Rank Jutsu. This technique has a two post cooldown before it can be used again.

Description: This technique allows the user to bend and manipulate air currents in a very precise and formulaic manner. Sound travels over the air and by distorting the air immediately around herself, Kitsuki can filter and adjust sound waves on a minor level. While this doesn't cancel out noise per se, it does radically alter notes and melodies. This technique renders her immune to auditory genjutsu that uses music or musical instruments as a trigger. Kitsuki can intuitively filter the music such that it is no longer and effective medium to infect her with Genjutsu. She can also create a similar barrier around her allies as well.

Description: After making the necessary handseals, the user's eyes will flash with a golden light as their perception of time will be adjusted. The user will be able to see, hear, smell, taste and feel into the future. Each of their senses is attuned not only to what is but what will be. Foresight grants the user the ability to use their five senses to peer into the future. However, the user will only be able to experience a few seconds into the future if that. The difference between the past and present can be very minute and thus it doesn't cause a radical change in the user's way of experiencing the world. Instead, it grants what amounts to a +1 Tier to Perception so long as it is active. This can be useful with respect to tracking. For example, the user doesn't track the kunai in real time but rather "sees" where the kunai will be in the next few miliseconds or seconds.

Notes on Time Release
- Normally, one cannot heal from the ravages of time itself but because this is time artificially bent and manipulated in nature, any damage inflicted as a result of this element may be healed with appropriately ranked Ijutsu.
- Time Release does not ignore Constitution.
- All debuffs can only effect 1 person per casting.
