Re-apping my Restricted
The Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei is a special blessing granted to the champion of the Orthodox Church of Jashinism. It is considered to be the most powerful gift a believer can receive as it is said that the power comes straight from the Necrossiah himself. The phrase "Disciple of the Omniscient Ghost" refers to the position of the recipient, a dedicated disciple to the Necrossiah who in this case is an Omniscient Ghost traveling throughout the cosmos. By channeling his power, the user of this ability can perform herculean feats that rival that of the Tailed Beasts. Lady Superior Mora has discovered the phenomena of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei. Through prayer and intense study she has learned the appropriate rituals with which to call down the Necrossiah and imbue the Church's champion with a portion of his power. Shimiko Chinoike, the current Defender of Faith, has been selected to receive this blessing.
Radiation Release
After his Crucifixion in the Land of Lightning, the Necrossiah has wandered the eternity of space for hundreds of years. As a result, he has collected an apocalyptic amount of cosmic radiation. When Shimiko taps into the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei she can access this lethal power in the form of Radiation Release. The user's Radiation Release can either take a Red or Green color. The user is not harmed through the use of their own Radiation Release Techniques unless clearly specified. More information on Radiation Release can be found here. The user obtains the benefits of both Solid/Semi-solid and Energy forms of the Advanced Element Release along with its properties as described in the "Blood Abilities & Description" section.
Chakra Grant
The Necrossiah's spirit is a combination of a human soul and Jashin. He is separate from the deity and yet is of him. He is often revered as Jashin's divine son. The holy energies that make up his existence can be converted into raw chakra and transported directly into the Champion's body. The Necrossiah has an entire S-Tier's worth of chakra to give to the host (350 CP total). This chakra is deposited directly into their pool as opposed to merely being accessed for a small period of time. It does so based on the following scale and experience requirements:
70 CP - 1st Level (100 Exp)
140 CP - 2nd Level (100 Exp)
210 CP - 3rd Level (100 Exp)
280 CP - 4th Level [Exaspiation]
350 CP - 5th Level [Omni-Gnosis]
The fourth and fifth levels of the chakra grant can only be accessed once the host has gone through the Exaspiation and Omni-Gnosis levels of the Restricted.
Recovery
If its power is completely used up, the Necrossiah may appeal to his divine father Jashin to restore his chakra reserves. Its chakra then goes dormant and its abilities may not be used until it has more chakra to give. It is restored at a rate of 10% per post.
Magnanimity
Magnanimity is the word that the scriptures used to describe the blessings that the Necrossiah's first followers received. They were generous, kind, good-spirited, and unperturbed by heresy. They were rock solid in their faith and their fanaticism was of a calm nature. By interfacing with the Necrossiah, a higher level of this blessing can be achieved. Not only will the user's heart and soul be magnanimous, but their bodies as well. They will be invulnerable to certain weaknesses that hobble their attributes. This takes the form of immunity to stat debuffs. The minor version of this ability protects 2 stats of the user's choice for 5 posts, it costs 5% of the Necrossiah's CP. The major version of this ability protects all stats from debuffing for a total of ten posts at a cost of 10% of the user's CP.
Spiritual Degradation
Just as it has the power to protect and elevate the Mind, Spirit, and Body, Jashin has the capacity to destroy those things as well. One of the most potent abilities of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei is that of spiritual degradation. This ability allows the user to psychically target anyone within a village-wide radius with the venomous power of the Necrossiah. The invisible, immaterial, and unavoidable power of the Necrossiah's toxicity aura infects their very soul and degrades it. This manifests in the form of physical weakness. A total of up to four tiers worth of debuffs may be inflicted upon the target. These debuffs may be base debuffs or boost debuffs depending on the user's choice. There are four levels of spiritual degradation. The user can use whatever level they like but for each post they want to use this ability, they must pay 25 experience with a maximum of 10 posts. Exaspiation increases this maximum to 20 posts and Omni-Gnosis removes the maximum altogether meaning that it may be used indefinitely.

Level 3: Body | -3 Tiers
Level 4: World | -4 Tiers
Because the Necrossiah can only split his venom but only so many ways, only two individuals may be affected at once with this ability. While debuffs can be assigned to any stat (Strength, Constitution, Coordination, Speed, Intelligence and Perception), no more than two tiers can be applied to any one individual stat. This ability cannot lead to a person being automatically killed or paralyzed even if the debuffs put them under E-Rank, although they will still receive a qualitative debilitating effect appropriate to going under E-Rank.
The Many Handed-One
The Necrossiah was sometimes referred to as the Many-Handed One as he was able to learn and master many different fields at once. It was as if he had an infinite amount of arms each dedicated to mastering a new subject. While he cannot grant omniscience to the host, this metaphor can be manifested into a physical mutation. This ability grants the user up to 10 extra arms which can be used for any purpose. They can perform handseals related to this Restricted (Radiation Release, etc) but may not perform handseals for jutsu unrelated to the Restricted. These arms have the same Coordination and Strength as the user's real ones (including any relevant boosts). The arms can be granted a temporary power up for a single post. They can strike out at their opponents at S-Tier Strength for one post per thread.
The Armour of Faith
The Necrossiah protects his own. By channeling his power, the host can enrapture themselves in the aura of a billion prayers. All prayers that have ever been said to the Necrossiah and will ever be said take physical form and apply to the user's body. The result is a thin but unbelievably dense aura of protection that is applied over every portion of the user's body, leaving nothing uncovered. This makes it an absolute defense stronger than even V2. This defensive armour is X-Tier in Quality and Material Rank and protects against both piercing and blunt force damage. It takes a form that is distinctly similar to Hidan's Jashin Mode albeit with the colors reversed: the body is fully white and the markings are black.
This ability costs a flat 500 experience to unlock for 10 posts. Exaspiation increases this cap to 20 posts although it costs an additional 500 experience to do so. When the host has achieved Omni-Gnosis it can again be increased to 30 posts albeit with another 500 experience payment.
Exaspiation
This is the spiritual process by which the user unlocks the full might of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei Restricted. There are two ways to complete this process.
The first is to fight the Necrossiah himself in a battle to the death. The Necrossiah takes the form of a human sized monstrosity. The being is skeletal with dense muscle and tissue interlaced throughout its body. It glows with red runes and possesses a frightening degree of raw power. Its justu are analogous to that of a Tailed Beast with variants that are the same as Tailed Beast Ball except red and bloody in nature. It possesses Radiation Release and all other abilities associated with this Restricted. The Necrossiah fights the host to determine whether it is ready to receive the fullness of the blessing.

Fortunately, there is an alternative to fighting the Necrossiah. The user can kill 2 A-Class PCs or 1 S-Class PC in the name of Jashin. By giving him a soul of extreme power and experience, the Necrossiah will view that as an adequate show of worth and that will complete the Exaspiation process.
Omni-Gnosis
Once Exaspiation has been completed, the user may then move onto Omni-Gnosis. Once the user has invested 1,500 Experience into the Restricted they enter the state of Omni-Gnosis. They have complete knowledge of Jashin and his secrets. They know all doctrine and information pertaining to the religion and in doing so have communed with Jashin on a level never before seen. This removes all soul consumption. As another benefit of reaching Omni-Gnosis, Radiation Release techniques cost one rank less. This perk may bypass the cap on the number of chakra reductions the user is normally permitted.
Soul Consumption
The Necrossiah pulsates with the heartbeat of the universe, his very blood is radiation given off by the sun which provides the fuel for life. However, inside this ghost is a black void that consumes all. While the host receives the benefits of the Necrossiah's power, they also must deal with the curses. The void at the heart of this Ghost will slowly consume bits of the user's soul until it is no more. To quantify this effect, the user has 750 Soul Points. This represents a healthy, normal, and complete soul. As the abilities are used, the Champion's soul is eroded as they slowly become a mindless husk of a disciple. Eventually, when these points are depleted, the Champion will die.

The blast inflicts A-Rank damage on contact and is capable of instantly raising the surrounding temperature of the area to 47 degrees Celius (the user's body will naturally adapt to the increase in heat as a result of radiological energy and will not be hampered by its effects). The effect looks like this It instantly converts Water Release Techniques A-Rank and below into steam, and renders it impossible to cast Suiton or liquid-based techniques within a 40 meter range for a period of 5 posts.
Weaknesses: The user is unable to utilize neither Suiton nor liquid based jutsu for up to 5 posts.

After a single post of charging, the user can then release the radiation energy in a massive nuclear explosion. The user (the epicenter of the blast) is not harmed by this S-Rank explosion of radiation heat and energy.
Weaknesses: This attack is indiscriminate in its damage. Anyone in range be they ally or enemy is threatened by the usage of this technique.

After making the appropriate handseals the user will channel their radiation release chakra and send it underground. The user will create four balls of reactive radiation energy that function as miniature nuclear reactors. These reactors will spread out over a 70 meter range, each forming a point of a rectangle. The combined power of these four balls is called The RBMK Reactor, with each ball being known as a "core". The Reactor steadily inflicts a -1 Tier debuff to Strength and an a minus to Perception in addition to passive Radiation Release effects. The reactor cores are buried 30 meters underground. They are also capable of transfiguring themselves to create a barrier made of pure Radiation Release energy. This barrier rises from the ground and surrounds the 70 meter radius in a massive rectangular prison (this Sound Four's Barrier). However, in doing so, they lose their ability to debuff both in terms of this technique and passively.
Weaknesses: The reactor cores can be destroyed by an A-Rank Technique but in doing so they release a burst of radiation that inflicts C-Rank damage. The prison can be shattered by A-Rank Techniques and above.

What makes this technique powerful is that it can phase through anything that isn't a person or animal, although in doing so it loses 1 tier of power. The radiation release particles that make up the disc scatter and pass through the obstacle irrespective of rank only to reform and continue on its trajectory.
Weaknesses: The disk can only move in one direction: the one that it is thrown in. This coupled with its slow speed makes it relatively easy to dodge.

The Radiation Clone technique creates replicas of the user, similar to the Shadow Clone Technique. Clones spawn next to the user. The clones are capable of performing techniques, including the Shadow Clone Technique itself, on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. This technique splits the user's chakra equally amongst however many clones they create. When the clones explode they inflict B-Rank passive radiation damage for 2 posts in accordance with radiation rules.
Weaknesses: In addition, the user must maintain general concentration to maintain their clone's presence. If at any time the user is inflicted with heavy damage in contrast with their Constitution all clones will be dispersed. Also the user must not fall under the exhaustion threshold (below 30% their chakra) to maintain or create clones. Clones have a max base Constitution of C (or lower if the user's base constitution is lower). If the user has natural S-Tier Constitution then it can be improved to B. If a clone has lower than 30 chakra, they will also be subject to the exhaustion penalty as per the Stamina rules.

Fortunately, there is an alternative to fighting the Necrossiah. The user can kill 2 A-Class PCs or 1 S-Class PC in the name of Jashin. By giving him a soul of extreme power and experience, the Necrossiah will view that as an adequate show of worth and that will complete the Exaspiation process.
Omni-Gnosis
Once Exaspiation has been completed, the user may then move onto Omni-Gnosis. Once the user has invested 1,500 Experience into the Restricted they enter the state of Omni-Gnosis. They have complete knowledge of Jashin and his secrets. They know all doctrine and information pertaining to the religion and in doing so have communed with Jashin on a level never before seen. This removes all soul consumption. As another benefit of reaching Omni-Gnosis, Radiation Release techniques cost one rank less. This perk may bypass the cap on the number of chakra reductions the user is normally permitted.
Soul Consumption
The Necrossiah pulsates with the heartbeat of the universe, his very blood is radiation given off by the sun which provides the fuel for life. However, inside this ghost is a black void that consumes all. While the host receives the benefits of the Necrossiah's power, they also must deal with the curses. The void at the heart of this Ghost will slowly consume bits of the user's soul until it is no more. To quantify this effect, the user has 750 Soul Points. This represents a healthy, normal, and complete soul. As the abilities are used, the Champion's soul is eroded as they slowly become a mindless husk of a disciple. Eventually, when these points are depleted, the Champion will die.
