    Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei
    Literally meaning: Disciple of the Omniscient Ghost

    Description

    The Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei is a special blessing granted to the champion of the Orthodox Church of Jashinism. It is considered to be the most powerful gift a believer can receive as it is said that the power comes straight from the Necrossiah himself. The phrase "Disciple of the Omniscient Ghost" refers to the position of the recipient, a dedicated disciple to the Necrossiah who in this case is an Omniscient Ghost traveling throughout the cosmos. By channeling his power, the user of this ability can perform herculean feats that rival that of the Tailed Beasts. Lady Superior Mora has discovered the phenomena of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei. Through prayer and intense study she has learned the appropriate rituals with which to call down the Necrossiah and imbue the Church's champion with a portion of his power. Shimiko Chinoike, the current Defender of Faith, has been selected to receive this blessing.

    Radiation Release
    After his Crucifixion in the Land of Lightning, the Necrossiah has wandered the eternity of space for hundreds of years. As a result, he has collected an apocalyptic amount of cosmic radiation. When Shimiko taps into the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei she can access this lethal power in the form of Radiation Release. The user's Radiation Release can either take a Red or Green color. The user is not harmed through the use of their own Radiation Release Techniques unless clearly specified. More information on Radiation Release can be found here. The user obtains the benefits of both Solid/Semi-solid and Energy forms of the Advanced Element Release along with its properties as described in the "Blood Abilities & Description" section.

    Chakra Grant
    The Necrossiah's spirit is a combination of a human soul and Jashin. He is separate from the deity and yet is of him. He is often revered as Jashin's divine son. The holy energies that make up his existence can be converted into raw chakra and transported directly into the Champion's body. The Necrossiah has an entire S-Tier's worth of chakra to give to the host (350 CP total). This chakra is deposited directly into their pool as opposed to merely being accessed for a small period of time. It does so based on the following scale and experience requirements:

    70 CP - 1st Level (100 Exp)
    140 CP - 2nd Level (100 Exp)
    210 CP - 3rd Level  (100 Exp)
    280 CP - 4th Level [Exaspiation]
    350 CP - 5th Level [Omni-Gnosis]

    The fourth and fifth levels of the chakra grant can only be accessed once the host has gone through the Exaspiation and Omni-Gnosis levels of the Restricted.

    Recovery
    If its power is completely used up, the Necrossiah may appeal to his divine father Jashin to restore his chakra reserves. Its chakra then goes dormant and its abilities may not be used until it has more chakra to give. It is restored at a rate of 10% per post.


    Magnanimity

    Magnanimity is the word that the scriptures used to describe the blessings that the Necrossiah's first followers received. They were generous, kind, good-spirited, and unperturbed by heresy. They were rock solid in their faith and their fanaticism was of a calm nature. By interfacing with the Necrossiah, a higher level of this blessing can be achieved. Not only will the user's heart and soul be magnanimous, but their bodies as well. They will be invulnerable to certain weaknesses that hobble their attributes. This takes the form of immunity to stat debuffs. The minor version of this ability protects 2 stats of the user's choice for 5 posts, it costs 5% of the Necrossiah's CP. The major version of this ability protects all stats from debuffing for a total of ten posts at a cost of 10% of the user's CP.

    Spiritual Degradation
    Just as it has the power to protect and elevate the Mind, Spirit, and Body, Jashin has the capacity to destroy those things as well. One of the most potent abilities of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei is that of spiritual degradation. This ability allows the user to psychically target anyone within a village-wide radius with the venomous power of the Necrossiah. The invisible, immaterial, and unavoidable power of the Necrossiah's toxicity aura infects their very soul and degrades it. This manifests in the form of physical weakness. A total of up to four tiers worth of debuffs may be inflicted upon the target. These debuffs may be base debuffs or boost debuffs depending on the user's choice. There are four levels of spiritual degradation. The user can use whatever level they like but for each post they want to use this ability, they must pay 25 experience with a maximum of 10 posts. Exaspiation increases this maximum to 20 posts and Omni-Gnosis removes the maximum altogether meaning that it may be used indefinitely.


    Level 1: Mind | -1 Tier
    Level 2: Spirit | -2 Tiers
    Level 3:  Body | -3 Tiers
    Level 4: World | -4 Tiers

    Because the Necrossiah can only split his venom but only so many ways, only two individuals may be affected at once with this ability. While debuffs can be assigned to any stat (Strength, Constitution, Coordination, Speed, Intelligence and Perception), no more than two tiers can be applied to any one individual stat. This ability cannot lead to a person being automatically killed or paralyzed even if the debuffs put them under E-Rank, although they will still receive a qualitative debilitating effect appropriate to going under E-Rank.

    The Many Handed-One
    The Necrossiah was sometimes referred to as the Many-Handed One as he was able to learn and master many different fields at once. It was as if he had an infinite amount of arms each dedicated to mastering a new subject. While he cannot grant omniscience to the host, this metaphor can be manifested into a physical mutation. This ability grants the user up to 10 extra arms which can be used for any purpose. They can perform handseals related to this Restricted (Radiation Release, etc) but may not perform handseals for jutsu unrelated to the Restricted. These arms have the same Coordination and Strength as the user's real ones (including any relevant boosts). The arms can be granted a temporary power up for a single post. They can strike out at their opponents at S-Tier Strength for one post per thread.

    The Armour of Faith
    The Necrossiah protects his own. By channeling his power, the host can enrapture themselves in the aura of a billion prayers. All prayers that have ever been said to the Necrossiah and will ever be said take physical form and apply to the user's body. The result is a thin but unbelievably dense aura of protection that is applied over every portion of the user's body, leaving nothing uncovered. This makes it an absolute defense stronger than even V2. This defensive armour is X-Tier in Quality and Material Rank and protects against both piercing and blunt force damage. It takes a form that is distinctly similar to Hidan's Jashin Mode albeit with the colors reversed: the body is fully white and the markings are black.

    This ability costs a flat 500 experience to unlock for 10 posts. Exaspiation increases this cap to 20 posts although it costs an additional 500 experience to do so. When the host has achieved Omni-Gnosis it can again be increased to 30 posts albeit with another 500 experience payment.

    Exaspiation
    This is the spiritual process by which the user unlocks the full might of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei Restricted. There are two ways to complete this process.

    The first is to fight the Necrossiah himself in a battle to the death. The Necrossiah takes the form of a human sized monstrosity. The being is skeletal with dense muscle and tissue interlaced throughout its body. It glows with red runes and possesses a frightening degree of raw power. Its justu are analogous to that of a Tailed Beast with variants that are the same as Tailed Beast Ball except red and bloody in nature. It possesses Radiation Release and all other abilities associated with this Restricted. The Necrossiah fights the host to determine whether it is ready to receive the fullness of the blessing.

    Its stats are as follows:

    Strength: S+
    Constitution: S
    Stamina: S
    Speed: A
    Coordination: A
    Intelligence: A
    Perception: A

    Fortunately, there is an alternative to fighting the Necrossiah. The user can kill 2 A-Class PCs or 1 S-Class PC in the name of Jashin. By giving him a soul of extreme power and experience, the Necrossiah will view that as an adequate show of worth and that will complete the Exaspiation process.

    Omni-Gnosis
    Once Exaspiation has been completed, the user may then move onto Omni-Gnosis. Once the user has invested 1,500 Experience into the Restricted they enter the state of Omni-Gnosis. They have complete knowledge of Jashin and his secrets. They know all doctrine and information pertaining to the religion and in doing so have communed with Jashin on a level never before seen. This removes all soul consumption. As another benefit of reaching Omni-Gnosis, Radiation Release techniques cost one rank less. This perk may bypass the cap on the number of chakra reductions the user is normally permitted.


    Soul Consumption
    The Necrossiah pulsates with the heartbeat of the universe, his very blood is radiation given off by the sun which provides the fuel for life. However, inside this ghost is a black void that consumes all. While the host receives the benefits of the Necrossiah's power, they also must deal with the curses. The void at the heart of this Ghost will slowly consume bits of the user's soul until it is no more. To quantify this effect, the user has 750 Soul Points. This represents a healthy, normal, and complete soul. As the abilities are used, the Champion's soul is eroded as they slowly become a mindless husk of a disciple. Eventually, when these points are depleted, the Champion will die.

    Spiritual Degradation: आंधी
    Just as it has the power to protect and elevate the Mind, Spirit, and Body, Jashin has the capacity to destroy those things as well. One of the most potent abilities of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei is that of spiritual degradation. This ability allows the user to manifest Jashin's malevolence, essentially using the Champion's soul as an anchor point to bleed his presence into our reality. This takes the form of a red storm that looks similar to this. Note the large shadowy figure which looms over the anomalous weather. This being is an imprint, a mere shadow of another entity that is connected to Jashin. The entity itself does nothing and its presence is largely for dramatic effect. A series of dark red clouds and fog marred with the occasional streak of red lightning and a torrential downpour of blood will begin to saturate the area in every direction within an 800 meter radius of the user. This supernatural phenomenon is called The आंधी and it begins in two places: the first, is 100 meters away from the user and the second is from the user themselves. The storm moves at a Speed of S-Rank and will move to blanket an range of 800 meters with the user being the central focal point of the supernatural storm. Not only are the user and their allies unaffected by the negative effects of the storm, perfect visibility is granted to them. Whereas those within the storm will have their visual visibility reduced to zero. The storm naturally penetrates buildings and physical obstructions. The आंधी has Four Aspects each of them capable of producing their own effects. These Aspects can be selectively chosen by the user to apply or they can all be applied at once.

    Mind: The psychological toxicity of the आंधी is legend. It is said that the storm is the psychic representation of centuries of sacrifice, torture, and fanatical prayer. Opponents within range of the storm will be afflicted with B-Rank Psychological Damage per post whilst they remain in its midst. This aspect of आंधी  costs 700 Experience.

    Spirit: The आंधी weakens the user's Spirit and damages their ability to use Yin-related energies. This severely hampers an opponent's ability to utilize Genjutsu. For every 1,000 experience the user has over the opponent, Jashin will immediately cancel out an illusion cast by the opponent. This aspect of आंधी  costs 700 Experience.

    Body: The आंधी wreaks significant havoc on a person's physical integrity. When an opponent is within the range of the storm they will be afflicted with C-Rank damage per post. This damage takes the form of external and internal burns and slashes.  This damage is compounding and grows exponentially. Whereas C-Rank damage does not normally stack to reach S, this effect allows it to do so. The total damage output that is wrought by this ability is the equivalent to being hit with a single S-Rank. After this single S-Rank amount of damage is inflicted, the passive damage stops. This ability also damages the personal effects that an opponent possesses such as weapons, armour, etc. This damage is tracked separately from the damage inflicted on the opponent's body.  This aspect of आंधी  costs 1000 Experience.

    World: Jashin's Will claims Supreme Dominion of the World. It is said that his spiritual degradation is not to be refused and denied for his jurisdiction extends to every inch of the Earth and every corner of the cosmos. The आंधी takes precedence over other environment/weather altering techniques and abilities including Restricteds. This includes techniques such as Kirisame, the Inazuma's Cloud Manifestation ability, Skilled Mist Servant, and similar techniques and abilities that drastically alter the weather, terrain, or environment. These effects are nullified and/or completely reversed while the आंधी is activated. This aspect of आंधी costs 1000 Experience.

    The आंधी can be maintained for a total of ten posts. Once Exaspiation is achieved, this is increased to 15 posts. Once Omni-Gnosis is unlocked this is further increased to 20 posts. After Omni-Gnosis is unlocked, if the user is a Chinoike they may utilize the blood for freeform manipulation (albeit within the constraints of the bloodline with respect to range and volume manipulated). The आंधी produces 5 cubic meters of blood to manipulate every post. While the blood may be used by a Chinoike for independent jutsu it cannot be utilized for freeform manipulation until Omni-Gnosis is achieved.

    The storm is centered on the user although it can move with them as the user moves. The storm is permitted to move at a Speed of D-Rank so that it may follow the user. While the storm cannot be "blown away" it can be blocked via Fuuin-based barrier techniques (ie The 36 Repairing Barrier Technique). Such barriers can block the आंधी at the following rates: S-Rank blocks for 5 Posts, A-Rank blocks for 4 Posts, B-Rank blocks for 3 Posts. Below B-Rank barriers cannot block this ability. Major portions of the storm can also be sealed by select S-Rank Fuuinjutsu (those fuuin that specifically allow for the sealing of weather conditions, storms, fogs, etc,). A single S-Rank Fuuin may seal up to 300 meters of the storm at once.

    Red Lightning: The +1 rank to Lightning technique is powerful enough on its own. I don't believe Matatabi grants a unique series of Ninjutsu technique under its +1 Fire perk where the technique all serve as Restricted Technique tier.

    The Bijuu Entity offered limited technique in general (Bijuu Bomb and Chakra Arms) with the vast majority of its abilities coming from auras, forms, and base abilities like cloaks and genjutsu scrambling. Nanabi's entire perk is dedicated towards creating Insect-based Ninjutsu. Matatabi's entire perk is dedicated towards increasing Fire by +1 rank. These two perks shouldn't exist in one part of this entity. Especially looking at what it's surrounded by.

    The best way to fix this would be to remove all the jutsu from the entity entirely and apping them separately as normal jutsu.

    Chakra Grant: You have no post limits on how long you can access your entity's chakra pool, and your costs are way too low.

    Basically, a Jinchuuriki starts with chakra access for 1 post, The maximum they can get without fighting for control is 5 posts, which ends up costing them 400 exp. To get chakra access for 10 posts after the control fight, they need to invest a total of 900 exp. And even after bond their chakra access time isn't unlimited, and to unlock 20 posts of chakra access their total investment on this alone is 1900 exp.

    Your entity on the other hand, has no limit to the number of posts during which you can access its chakra from the get-go. And it’s costs are much, much lower.

    So this chakra access is nowhere near equivalent to that of a Jinchuuriki. By spending 300 exp, you get a 210CP chakra pool for limitless posts. With 300 exp a Jin has access to the bijuu's chakra for like 2 posts.

    Magnaminity: This needs to have a per post upkeep. You must also select the stats you wish to protect during registration.

    Spiritual Degradation: This needs a major rework. A storm that doesn't behave like a weather condition, but takes priority as a weather system isn’t going to fly. The ability costs nothing. Cancels restricteds. Causes damage to armor and compounds up to S-rank. Causes Psy Damage. Genjutsu Breaking. Zero visibility.

    Our recommendation is to have this become an AoE attack that deals A-rank damage moving at S-tier speeds for up to your desired range of 800 meters. This would require a charge time before execution, and upon being activated it can cancel weather conditions. But weather conditions may be created after activation. In return you’ll to keep his Chinoike Freeform Manipulation ability. This requires an upkeep and activation cost too.

    Many Hands: This needs an upkeep and the removal of the removal of the S-Rank Strength boost. The mention of them being able to preform hand seals for radiation release needs to be fixed as well, since this is no longer a part of your restricted.

    Armor of Faith: This needs to be a specific damage type. Bijuu Cloak offers immunity to piercing. but not Blunt. This shouldn't include all Physical types.

    Literally meaning: Disciple of the Omniscient Ghost

    Description

    The Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei is a special blessing granted to the champion of the Orthodox Church of Jashinism. It is considered to be the most powerful gift a believer can receive as it is said that the power comes straight from the Necrossiah himself. The phrase "Disciple of the Omniscient Ghost" refers to the position of the recipient, a dedicated disciple to the Necrossiah who in this case is an Omniscient Ghost traveling throughout the cosmos. By channeling his power, the user of this ability can perform herculean feats that rival that of the Tailed Beasts. Lady Superior Mora has discovered the phenomena of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei. Through prayer and intense study she has learned the appropriate rituals with which to call down the Necrossiah and imbue the Church's champion with a portion of his power. Shimiko Chinoike, the current Defender of Faith, has been selected to receive this blessing.

    In order to tap into the blessings the Necrossiah, the user must sacrifice to Jashin. The souls of those sacrificed are then converted into the raw energy necessary to deliver the blessings of the Deshi no Zenchi-Yūrei. This energy is known as मृत्युबल and the abilities that make up this Restricted each cost a certain amount of मृत्युबल.

    To access this Restricted the user must pay 1,000 Experience Points.

    Magnanimity is the word that the scriptures used to describe the blessings that the Necrossiah's first followers received. They were generous, kind, good-spirited, and unperturbed by heresy. They were rock solid in their faith and their fanaticism was of a calm nature. By interfacing with the Necrossiah, a higher level of this blessing can be achieved. Not only will the user's heart and soul be magnanimous, but their bodies as well. They will be invulnerable to certain weaknesses that hobble their attributes. This takes the form of immunity to stat debuffs. Only 4 stats may be rendered immune from debuffing at once. These stats must be attuned and can only be changed once per activity check (ie roughly three months). This ability cost 10 मृत्युबल per post that it is used.

    The Necrossiah protects his own. By channeling his power, the host can enrapture themselves in the aura of a billion prayers. All prayers that have ever been said to the Necrossiah and will ever be said take physical form and apply to the user's body. The result is a thin but unbelievably dense aura of protection that is applied over every portion of the user's body, leaving nothing uncovered. This defensive armour is A-Tier in Quality and Material Rank. It takes a form that is distinctly similar to Hidan's Jashin Mode albeit with the colors reversed: the body is fully white and the markings are black. This ability costs 5 मृत्युबल per post that it is used.  

    Many Handed One
    The Necrossiah was sometimes referred to as the Many-Handed One as he was able to learn and master many different fields at once. It was as if he had an infinite amount of arms each dedicated to mastering a new subject. While he cannot grant omniscience to the host, this metaphor can be manifested into a physical mutation. This ability grants the user up to 10 extra arms which can be used for any purpose. These arms have the same Coordination and Strength as the user's real ones (including any relevant boosts). These additional arms may not be used to perform handseals. One extra pair of arms costs 1 मृत्युबल per post that it is used.

    Description: This is a maneuver-specific fighting style technique in which the user channels Raiton chakra into a weapon of their choice and then slashes with that weapon. They will be able to form a razor-sharp arc of lightning capable of electrocuting and bisecting opponents with B-Rank damage. The user’s Coordination is boosted by a ++ for the purpose of making this strike. The arc itself moves at the user’s Coordination (including boosts) and bobs and weaves as it makes its way to the opponent. In doing so it inflicts a -1 Tier debuff to Perception.
    Weaknesses: The arc bobs and weaves from side to side in an erratic manner. This makes tracking difficult but ultimately it still moves in a straight line.

    Description: The Devi of the Hiden Cloud Style is Shimiko’s custom variation of the Disturbance fighting style. This style often makes use of the Multi-Handed-One perk that comes with Deshi no Zenchi Yurei, although it does not require it for usage. The Devi of the Hidden Cloud is akin to Disturbance given its heavy reliance on speed, precision, and performing a multiplicity of strikes from a variety of angles. This version gains a slightly greater buff to Coordination and a debuff against an opponent’s Perception.  The technique debuffs opponents' Perception by -1 Tier for the purposes of tracking the user and increases the user's Coordination by one tier. In addition to nullifying the Sharingan's visual precognitive power as Disturbance does.

These streams can be controlled via free-form manipulation as permitted by Black Lightning. The frequency and intensity that the lightning is calibrated to is what makes this jutsu so lethal. The streams disturb the natural function of neural synapses such that it can cause significant cognitive decline when it comes into contact with an opponent. This jutsu inflicts a -2 Tier debuff to an opponents' Intelligence when it strikes an opponent.
    Weaknesses: This technique requires that Black Lightning be active. Therefore, the costs of both techniques must be paid in order for this jutsu to be used.

    Description: Like its sister Doujutsu, the Ketsurygan contains minor insight and surveillance capabilities. However, unlike the others, it does not manifest until the Doujutsu's ultimate power is unlocked. It is said that the Vampires of old could sense when prey was near. They'd use their keen eyesight but also their olfactory senses to find their way to fresh blood. In keeping with this theme, the Hachidora Ketsurygan allows the user to track and sense opponent's through their blood despite other obstructing smells. Every human's blood has a distinct character and note to it. Like a sommelier perusing fine wines, a Chinoike with the Hachidora Ketsurgan can note the smell of a person's blood and then track that person from 70 meters away.
    Weaknesses: While the olfactory system is critical for this technique, the user's eyes is the primary engine. If the user's eyes are destroyed or significantly damaged then they can no longer use this technique. The user must have smelt the human in question at some point before proceeding to track them by smell. This initial smelling must occur within 30 meters and does not require the blood to be spilled as it can be smelled through the target's skin.

Their vision will be a severe dark red tint, they will smell and taste blood all around them, and will even hear the dull sloshing of waves of blood.  This illusion is helpful for masking and cloaking the user's manipulation of their blood by making it impossible to discern what is mere illusion and what is an imminent Chinoike attack. This technique is stacked vertically with Bat Bile.
    Weaknesses: If the user has a Perception above A-Tier they will be able to track manipulated blood albeit at the cost of -1 Tier and a -- debuff.

Once it is in place, the Genjutsu inflicts B-Rank Psychological Damage as the opponent imagines themselves being regurgitated by bats and burnt by the accompanying bile. The experience occurs within a negligible amount of time in the real world but the psychological damage wrought by this technique may be enough to cause someone to fall unconscious if their Intelligence is weak enough.
