His lower half lacks any sort of armor or protection, and his legs would be bare with the exception of the pair of black stockings ran up to his mid-thighs. A similarly black short skirt would hang from his waist, although between this and the thigh-highs would be an inch or two of exposed skin. A blue belt would be tightly secured at his waist, and attached to it would be a collection of holsters and a stuffed belt pouch, all filled to the brim with useful shinobi equipment. Two holsters would be arranged on her left side, while a third would be present on her right, while the belt pouch would be at her rear. The gear attached to her belt would be the only thing that distinguished Chigetsu away from the appearance of a schoolgirl, and made her career as a shinobi distinctly visible.
She stands at five feet and four inches, although with the nervous slouch she usually had her height sometimes appeared even less than that. What stood out the most about her was her hair. It was a bright pink, having been freshly dyed that color as a part of her confidence building ritual for the Chunin Exams. Past her neck it was braided into a thick, ropey braid of hair that continued down to her hips. At the end would be a tightly wrapped black bow, matching with the other two would be tied into each side of her head. A solitary locke of paper-white would run down to the left of her face in her bangs, being the one remnant of her natural hair color. Without a single spec of armor on her body, the young woman would instead be dressed in a light, airy purple and white striped crop top. Her headband, wrapped as a sort of necklace that hung loosely at her collarbone, would obscure a bit of the skin that the deeply cut neck of her shirt would have normally exposed. The shirt freely exposed her navel and belly-button as well, although on top of it would be a warm-looking fluffy purple hooded jacket that contained a variety of seemingly unused pockets.
History:
Chigetsu was born to the Hōzuki Clan, to Akeruseirei Kaguya and Engetsu Hōzuki. Despite being half Kaguya by blood Chigetsu strongly took after their father, inheriting only the Hōzuki kekkei genkai. The wealth of the Hōzuki Clan allowed Chigetsu to experience a life of extravagant wealth from birth. This allowed him a comfortable, if soft, upbringing.
From an early age Chigetsu was trained in accounting, managerial science, and sailing. These skills are all traditionally taught within the merchant focused Hōzuki Clan. Once a basic competency was established in these skins their education moved on to basic shinobi training. Proficiency in the Hydrification Technique, Suiton Ninjutsu, and Kenjutsu was established. Despite being put into this extensive training and being provided with the best tutoring that the Hōzuki Clan could afford Chigetsu never showed anything more than mediocrity. This mediocrity came in part from Chigetsu’s natural aloofness towards both aspects of their training, being either a merchant or a shinobi. Refusing to apply themselves and only going through the motions in both aspects of their training, Chigetsu quickly drew the ire of their tutors, classmates, and parents.
The wealth he was raised on gave him an unfortunate taste for extravagance, and money that ended up in their hands would often be funneled down into worthless trinkets and shiny baubles, all of which would be promptly forgotten when the next glitter caught their eye.
The situation came to a boiling point as Chigetsu was discovered by his parents as sliding away from traditional gender norms, wearing women’s clothing despite being born as a male. It resulted in their father falling deep into alcoholism, and his mother kicking them out of the house. Despite Chigetesu’s general state as a failure they would still be provided with housing in the clan district and enough of a stipend to feed themselves, although other than this Chigetsu was written off and forgotten about.
Personality:
Meek to a fault and equally kind-hearted, Chigetsu is one who has an incredibly difficult time gaining even the slightest semblance of confidence. Pathetic and quick to shy away from any form of conflict, it is difficult to imagine Chigetsu as a shinobi in any form. Their insistence on wearing bright and flashy colors and their pink hair adds to this appearance. Below this meekness and pathetic personality is a thick layer of bitterness, angry and frustrated at their own position. Despite having accepted themselves as a failure Chigetsu still desperately wishes they could change. This bitterness is often suppressed down, but at times it does leak out.
A general love of extravagance, material wealth, and sugar drives Chigetsu’s other actions. Despite showing general incompetence at managing money they do enjoy having it, but even more than that Chigetsu enjoys spending it. Cute outfits, shiny jewelry, and other interesting things are quickly bought and forgotten about. It presents itself in Chigetsu as a strange mixture of greed and generosity. They enjoy money, but would be just as quick to spend it or give it up for something they consider more valuable, even if the true value of what they want is garbage.

Survival Instinct: Now having her first real tastes of combat, Chigetsu has discovered that despite the fact that she doesn’t want to hurt anybody she will still have to defend herself. The realization that there are plenty of people out there who would love to end her life has given her a strong fight or flight reflex which assists in her survival. For five chakra, they can toggle this ability on and buff their constitution by one tier, while debuffing their intelligence by one tier.
Gelatine Constitution: Unlike the average member of the Hozuki Clan, Chigetsu’s liquified state is often thicker than just water. This comes from the mixture of collagen from her joints into her liquified form, and through the manipulation of how much collagen is added the exact thickness can be controlled. This can range from thin enough to be indistinguishable from water to as thick as gelatin or mucus. The addition of this collagen mixture into her form dilutes its purity no matter how much is added though, and as a result Chigetsu gains a natural resistance towards Raiton, reducing the amount of damage she takes from it by one rank. The addition of protein into her liquified form though instead gives her a new weakness to Katon, boosting how much damage she takes from Katon by one rank.
One Handed Seals: Chigetsu can form hand seals with only one hand, but as a result suffers a one tier drop in coordination to the arm that forms the seals.
