Mission Name: Tutoring Mission Type: Education Mission Rank: C Mission Goal: A teacher is out and they need a substitute teacher for a class. Teach the Academy Students some basics in regards to E-Rank techniques, combat training, or just give a lecture. Whatever you're comfortable with, it's just a substitute day anyway. Payment: 15,000 Ryo Requirements: 1 D-Class Ninja

Fushidarana Uzumaki received summons to begin the process of teaching again, last time she was paired with an Uchiha but this time she had not received information on whom her partner would be. As it stood this would just be a mystery to the regenerating princess who while dull was not dumb, instead she was confident in her abilities to display E rank jutsus to the children of all sorts having mastered them herself long ago. While she was not skilled in everything she was able to perform the jutsus required quite easily. All of this meant that she strolled towards the meeting spot outside of the academy building with a pepp in her step.

At nearly six and a half feet tall Fushi tried to dress in a slimming fashion on this day to cut down on her normally imposing figure, instead she wore a black strapless dress that fell down past her knees, matching her raven hair and allowing her bright blue eyes to pop out past the black eyeliner that surrounded them like lanterns even during midday as it was. The scents and sounds of lunch time were abound as they were tasked with finishing off the lessons for the day, this put the woman in an even better mood.

Arriving at the meeting spot she would recline against the rough bark of an oak tree with her ninja headband tied around her arm at it's smallest point, the elbow. Today would be most interesting regardless of what happened next, the Doton user was not the best with children after all and this time she hadn’t gotten a drink to calm her nerves beforehand. This time it would be her without any crutches though she did wonder how her partner would fair and who they were.

Jobs. They were methods of making money. From time to time he would take a task only to do simple things. He wasn't excited about the idea of being a shinobi, but still, he had some skills he could share with others. Assigned to spend some time with children with the aid of another. An easy job. Or so, he planned.

His black robes hung over his body as he made his way to the school. He was prepared to take out his duties and make his job a simple one. Seeing the massive stature of the woman, he made his way over, looking up to her. The tree over them both, and the man extended his hand in greeting.

As the odd black cloaked man moved towards her the Uzumaki wondered if this was to be her partner for the mission ahead. Hopefully so, it was around the expected time to show up and the hand he extended confirmed that question in the mind of the female ninja. Shaking the man's hand in response she would introduce herself with a cheerful smile, “Hello I am Fushidarana Uzumaki, I've been tasked to teach today. What’s your name? Have you as well?” Earlier in her career the ninja would have also asked about his odd appearance but her friend Nagato had tempered those ideas.

Instead the female ninja figured the man must have qualities not just reflected on the outside, though he was off putting in a charming manner one had to admit. Much like a pet that had been unfortunately damaged you just could not help but feel a certain draw other than pity, a spirit of cheering the adorable on through its adversity. In this persons case those unfortunate eyes that were now fishballing all over the place.

This would be quite the interesting day after all the ninja thought to herself before following up the man’s reply with more words, “Shall we head inside kind sir?” The woman extending an arm and leaning down on that side for Igor to take and escort her inside like a proper gentleman.

Some may have called him a monster simply off his deformities, but he was one who was kind and polite. He was sure to extend his courtesies, even more so outside of his own shop. There was things to be done, and sometimes he was the one to do them.  Even though, he may have preferred others to be doing the things for him. With her words, he noted her clan, saving a question for it later. They were the strange ones, were they not? That old woman with red hair that looked so young. Was she the same? Perhaps she was older than his own mother but retained her youthful appearance. But still, the name, even to him meant something. At least in Kirigakure.

"Yuh mei khals mei Ee goar." he would say, giving a soft bow, his arm folding over his chest, while the other was held to the side. His eyes looking at other directions beside the woman. Each eye lid moving independently from each other.  One could mistake him for winking if they were not careful. With her arm extended, he would take her grasp within his, hooking around his bent arm. "Ahn ehzi dhay den." he would say with a smile.

And by god was his teeth perfect.

E-gore sounded like one of those new age hip names all the kids were naming their children but as the man before her was not a baby at all his parents must have been extremely ahead of the curve when it came to naming structure of their children. The Uzumaki woman might not name her children a style of name like that hit it's dicomity fit the ninja in front of her well, even as he shifted to her side with teeth that made it apparent where all the genetics from his eyes went.

A pug! That’s what the woman had been reminded of this entire time, how wonderful. Much akin to a pug the man could not speak too efficiently but most words were understood by the Usumaki so she assumed it was some regional accent, a bit more understandable than those poors out in the boonies had for sure but it betrayed that he was not of nobel birth like herself. Perhaps in time if needed that issue could be rectified but the Uzumaki did not see why it would be a problem as long as the children were used to the accent.

A million things raced through his mind on a constant basis. The color of dirt, the make up of concrete, and if he left the forge on. Surely, his assistant was there to clean up little issues, but what if that moron was choking to death on a stick, or some fly that went into his mouth. A small panic filled the man, only to exit as soon as it entered. He faced the school, his own mind changing gears to ponder what to teach children.

"Yeth yeth..." he mumbled to himself. "Dem chyldurin." He rolled the idea over his tongue, flicking it around with his idea. "Wath wywee techz dem fursths?" He would give a half glance to the female, his eye trained on her as they approached the door. There was so much to ponder and explore. As well as what they would actually be teaching the children.

“I’m not sure what we gonna be teaching the children first but I’m thinking maybe that one illusionary clone technique? Usually weeds out those without enough chakra control for the rest. What do you think E-gore?” Fushi hadn’t truly given it much though instead her intuition guiding her through her choice for teaching. Her black slips would allow her to silently move along the hard surface of the academy floor without her usual clicking. For some reason this delighted Fushidarana and the doton user would try to remember this for the future.

As for now they reached the door and Fushi would open it gesturing for Igor to enter the room, following behind she would place her hand on his shoulder and introduce them to the children in a booming voice. “Hello Kiddos, we are Fushi and E-Gore and we are here to teach you the jutsu fundamentals in practical application. The tone, demeanor and posture the woman took was professional yet warm as she thought any teacher should be. So far it seemed the day was going well and everything would go off without a hitch at all.

That was yet to be seen however, one member knew what the day would have in store for oneself after all. The future was a mysterious and fickle mistress who oft delighted in the unexpect, yet other times it would plod forward like a well oiled machine without any incident. That was what made life so delightful to the youthful ninja who would not age for quite some time if all went like the oiled machine.

Jutsu? That was what brought him to this school? What a waste. Spending chakra on stupid little tricks. The time of ninja was coming to an end. Soon, the world of flying arrows and swords would take over. Soon, they would be obsolete. It was only fitting that he, of all people, would be sent to teach kids new crafts. A school full of willing assistants and aids. Soon, they would give up their dreams to be a shinobi and settle to be a crafter, a smith of sorts. That would be the ideal world. The future was now.

"Wan wurd." he would say, "Et nout EE, Gour. et EE-Gour." he would say, his own mind filling with excitement. As they made their way to the door. He would walk in, holding it for the woman to follow behind, his eyes looking over the children, some of them casting strange loops upon seeing him, and more confusion when a second joined.

Igor would nod, following the woman, going to the board to begin to write down the basis of what she talked about.

    JUTSU FUNDAMENTALS : PЯACTICAL USE
Strangely enough, his own handwriting was elegant. Save for the "R" that was reversed.

Fushidarana noticed no difference between the two names Igor mentioned unfortunately and decided instead to focus on the calligraphy he now drew on the chalk board. The white text was extremely ornate and stood contrast not only to the black of the board, but the garbling that happened when he spoke as well. Perhaps it would be better for this man to focus more on communicating via the written medium than trying to Ford the slippery stream that the verbal seemed to be for the male ninja.

The Uzumaki was highly confused on why only the R was backwards anyways.

“Well first up let’s have you guys try performing the basic clone technique, while illusionary it’s actually a ninjutsu" the tall woman would then go into depth explaining the hand signs, chakra control and various other information the students would need to know to perform the technique. They then came forward one at a time to attempt it, the first volunteer seemed to already know the technique and execute it flawlessly but with nineteen to go the woman worried how many could do it.

People were strange and foolish. Many were simply just dumb. What was Igors excuse? He simply thought of himself above the curve. Where that curve was? No one had any clue.
Strangely enough, his own handwriting was elegant. Save for the "R" that was reversed. And well, for the next line, the "E".

Igor took his time to write down the name, then next to it, drawing detailed hands of each sign. Each figure more beautiful than the last. A few kids that looked at his questionably, now looked at him in awe with his detail. But whispers could be heard as they pointed out the few misplaced letters. After doing so, he would set the chalk down, and dust the whiteness off of his black cloak, turning to the teacher's desk, going to find anything of interest.

Surely there would be some teaching plan or something, right?

“So my partner here will teach you all the next technique but until then I want the five of you who couldn't perform the technique come with me.” It seemed Igor had shuffled over to the desk to look for something or other while the students had displayed their abilities for their Uzumaki teacher. While fifteen of the students would go towards her partner now, not all of them had gotten the technique on the first try and might need help understanding whatever technique Igor threw at them.

In the meantime the female tried to determine which children simply only had a taijutsu nature and which simply lacked the chakra control for the technique. Part of being a teacher was learning the students in the opinion of Fushidarana so she would go about asking questions of the five and trying to see which students to teach which lessons. During this she couldn't help but wonder how her partner was doing.

He shuffled through the paper, trying to find some itinerary or some syllabus plan. Surely there was one in place, at least on a week basis in the case of being out. At least a guideline or something. Else, the teach would return, the kids all learning a strange collection of things not meant to be taught yet. Over a dozen kids made their way to the desk, while the man tried to find answers.

    "What now mistur?"

    "Are we done yet?"

    "i hate everyone."

A colorful little bunch. He would stand upright, his slouch corrected as he looked over the kids, glancing at the woman. He took his hands, displaying them to the children like he was about to preform a magic trick. A smile, the children watched.

He would point to the signs on the board with a nod of his head, each of his hands preforming the signs. The children watched intensively. After the signs were made, four more Igors would appear behind him, all of them with different facial expressions. After, they would offer a hand, as if to say, "Yeur thurns."

Except well, he actually said it.

Looking over the children as she started to determine who would fit where in the structure of trained learning the woman was about to prescribe to rectify their abilities. They would either study more or advance in other fields to make up for it.

While not skilled in taijutsu, her body and skill in Bukijutsu would be enough to train the three children that just did not seem fit for ninjutsu while the other simply needed more attention and study.

Those two she tackled first and sat them one on one while the other four kids got free time, this worked magnificently on one of the children but the other one was simply a problem maker. That child’s parents would need to fix themselves or their child whatever the route cause was it was simply not her place to invest further into cracking that egg.

Instead the Uzumaki moved on and focused on the fundamentals of moving chakra through ones physical self and taught this to the remaining three students. The rate at which they caught on confirmed Fushidarana's gamble upon this and elated her quickly at her successful teaching session.

It was now she would return back to Igor at the front of the classroom from the back where she had been to see how he was doing.

    Sorry, mb,

    But y'kno, shit happened.

He found it better to not waste his breath on the children. Speaking to them in such a matter would be wasted time. It was better to teach with finger paints, or simply just drawings. As each kid observed, they would soon preform. With minimal words spoken, he would watch as some of the kids would nail it on their first try, while others had trouble making the correct seals. He turned back to the board, drawing more signs. Detailed fingers, even going as far to shade each hand to show them. It was beautiful really. He was careful to put as much detail as he could in the time he had.

He pointed, watching each of the kids follow his directions. He would point to each sign, back and forth, the kids practicing their hands, without concentrating their chakra. It was better to learn the signs first, than to learn how to control chakra.

At least, that was how he was taught.
