Unique Abilities: Stat Trading: A player may temporarily trade a stat in response to something in the environment, or that can be triggered manually. To do this the player must also debuff a stat for equal value (if you're going to raise a ++ you need to debuff a stat ++.) This debuffed stat must also be relevant to what the player is receiving the debuff for. This cannot be used to reach S-tier stats. [Coordination is buffed by 1 tier. Strength is debuffed 1 tier] Can be toggle on and off.

One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.

Uchiha Clutch Gene: Kagami has become well versed in the teachings of his clan. And as such as become very proficient in its use. He can use Uchiha clan techniques at 1 rank lower in cost. At the same time Katon techniques would become 1 rank higher in cost.

Appearance:

History: Kagami was born in the great village of Konoha. From his time as a child he was taught the same history as the rest of his clans children. That they were an old clan, that there strength lied in their youth more so than the elders of the clan. For them to be strong as a code among them. Kagami felt very prideful of his clan, and revered not just his father, but the late Hokage.

Kagami could see great things like this play out in his head. But he was a long way from any such speak. And so he trained with vigorous ambition. He was exactly top of his class in everything, but he displayed exceptional skill. A trait that was beneficial for a Genin such as himself.

Personality: On his best days hes quick witted. He was more kind in his Academy days. However that changed after he gained his first tomoe. The circumstances have made him much colder to those around him. Choosing to be short and least somewhat cordial with those around him. But he pretty much can be seen as guarded, but willing to extend a hand to help.

Kagami wishes to remain a mystery. Thinking his past mistakes would resurface, and cause his current relationships to be in jeopardy. Though he is finding ways to cope with this newer approach to his growing powers.
