Appearance: Arisu is a frail and pale looking girl. Her skin and hair are both almost completely white, as is common among her people. Usually she wears a bottom layer of white under some of her clothing, tight to the body. This, interestingly enough, gives the appearance of her showing skin, but it is covered.
She's taller for a woman, standing at 5'8", but is fairly thin. She's not the type one would assume does much close combat, and she really doesn't like to, as she doesn't have much physical power, at least not yet.
She wears her hair short, her headband covering one of her eyes, which she wears to mask her heterochromia. When not in Rin'negan form, her eyes are blue and pink, the pink one covered. She knows people take an unusual amount of interest in eyes of different types, and would rather avoid too much scrutiny where that is concerned until she gets a feel for the world and is more well trained to defend herself.
History: Arisu came to this world upon the death of Zurui, as his eyes were completely destroyed. Hers, being of a similar nature, were the ones summoned to this dimension, although she came with them. Whatever sort of magic existed in the universe, it had decided she was to be the next Otsutsuki.
In her dimension, the Otsutsuki were gods and goddesses, the ones chosen to go to different dimensions were the ones chosen to be the next god or goddess of that realm. Once all seven eye powers were in one world, and one gathered them together, they would be the chosen ruler over that world. To be chosen was an honor and a curse, for many would not reach their height.
Arisu viewed it as an honor. A portal had opened in front of her at her home dimension, a place unlike the shinobi's world. The sky was endless, clouds non existent, and marbled floors spanned out seemingly endlessly. A few buildings scattered around the expanse, breaking up the monotony of the world, but also adhering to it. A single tree grew up, visible from any single point in the area, no matter how far or close one got to it.
Arisu took nothing with her, stepping through the portal to her new life. She was greeted by the insides of an empty home, devoid of life other than her own. As she walked through the portal, it closed as immediately as it opened. On a table near her were papers that appeared, giving her a new identity in this world. Arisu Tsuki, very similar. She entered the academy, and within a few weeks proved her worth as a shinobi. She was at least competent in ninjutsu, and her Chakra reserves were high for a student. Her perceptive abilities almost unmatched in the class.
The only thing she lacked was strength, but her proficiency and ability to learn ninjutsu was able to cover her bases on taijutsu.
Personality: Arisu, as an older Otsutsuki (not for an Otsutsuki, but an adult none the less) new to this world, but with experience from her own, can seem fairly closed off and cold to other people. In reality, she's simply quiet because she's observing the world and trying to learn the rules and how it operates.
Arisu is actually very prim and proper in mannerisms, tending to be succinct and polite in conversation. She knows that she's a higher being and has the potential to be more or less a goddess, and likes to hold herself as such. It's only proper for a lady of her stature to act like a noble born.
She's fairly compassionate, but knows that certain things need to be done. While she doesn't like to get her hands dirty herself, she's plenty capable of it, and is willing to do anything she is required to in order to complete a job. This extends to her ultimate goal of uniting all of the Rin'negan powers.
Closed off about matters of her past, Arisu doesn't talk much about matters dealing with her clan or history. She doesn't want anyone to know her true nature, as she has heard of some of the commotion caused by Zurui. Revealing her true nature after coming to this world would not be the smartest idea.
