I won't be able to give you the quality that you can get from Bones, but I am basically hoping people will toss some requests up for sigs or avatars so I can get some practice. No charge because I feel I'm not good enough to do it...
Some examples of stuff I've done (and it's super simple stuff)
I did my rotating avatar as well, and my avatar on Kensai.
If you want to make a request I need:
Pictures you would like to use, text if you want it (name and title, or name and quote generally for sigs, name for avatar) and what kind of stuff you'd like done.
