Field Specialist: A player may be exceptionally better at dealing with NPCs given a specific environment or circumstance. This would mean their rank of effectiveness is increased by one. Doing this will require them to perform worse in a certain environment or circumstance.
For example, when invading a land, a player's rank counts as one rank higher when determining auto-hit range on NPC. When defending their land, their rank counts as one rank less.
Nature's Request: A player may temporarily trade a stat in response to something in the environment, or that can be triggered manually. To do this the player must also debuff a stat for equal value (if you're going to raise a ++ you need to debuff a stat ++.) This debuffed stat must also be relevant to what the player is receiving the debuff for. This cannot be used to reach S-tier stats. [Constitution is buffed by 1 tier. Strength is debuffed 1 tier]
Chakra Point Spending: A player may decrease the amount of chakra spending for a particular element or skill by a maximum of one rank in exchange for increasing the chakra spending for a skill or element by one rank. To do this, the user MUST possess the skill or element at the time.
If a player chooses to decrease the amount of chakra for spending on kekkei genkai techniques this extends to non-technique abilities that cost chakra such as free-form manipulation. [-1 rank Senjutsu, +1 rank Raiton]
Savage Absorption: As a nature clan member Raijin developed an unique ability. When they utilize their Sage Transformation in any form, they are able to absorb chakra from an opponent. The member has to maintain contact with them in order to draw chakra. They are also able to absorb Nature chakra from other living beings. They are able to absorb 15 chakra points per post of full contact. Max that can be absorbed is half of staminas total. While they are using this however, they cannot utilize any ninjutsu.

History: As soon as possible, Bayushi joined the ninja academy with the hopes of joining his father side by side to serve the Raikage. Shortly upon arriving, Bayushi found that he lacked what he needed to coexist with the other students. He was often bullied, and tongue-tied with the girls in his class. He had trouble speaking in front of the entire class as well, and it was the combination of these things that made his grades suffer. His father did not completely understand the situation, but said “Get your shit together or get out.” Determined to please his father, Bayushi made other personalities to handle the situations. Kazuya was born to handle the bullies. He found the most humiliating ways to defeat and bully them back, and he soon found that he never had problems with bullies. In turn, Itsuki was born to handle the girls. Whenever there were girls around, Itsuki found himself in control, and there were always positive results. And as such, so to was Minoru born. Minoru was the smooth talker that Bayushi wished that he was. He could talk a bird out of it’s nest, the rattler off a rattlesnake, and smooth talk his way to an A. He passed with flying colors.
Personality: Bayshui has one the more insane and complex personality disorder. He's rude, but kind to a certain few. To those he works with, it is one of admiration and fear. As times have shown he was able to become something or someone else if hes triggered. Its unlike a personality disorder. But he becomes much more sadistically evil then usual. He is adamant in his deep resolve to protect his village but it ends there.
