Information: Attempting to switch some UAs around and add an additional

Flickering Paper: Philyra is able to perform the Body Flicker technique without handseals if she so chooses. her perception suffers a - to her perception while using the jutsu if executed this way, however.

CHANGES:

Fight or Fight: Philyra is capable of increasing either her constitution or her coordination by 1 tier. However she may not select both for whichever stat she does not select will be reduced by 1 tier instead. This costs 5 CP to utilize and cannot be boosted past S tier.

Beautiful mind- Due to her strong mind, Phyilra is capable of utilizing genjutsu kai without the use of a handseal, when she does this however she must pay one rank worth of chakra higher than the genjutsu requires to dispel it.

Flickering Paper should be changed to Perception, as this debuff fits better with the technique at hand.

Beautiful Mind is denied as the weakness is not powerful enough.

Fight or Fight is approved.

Both flickering paper and the edits to beautiful mind are cps from other approved skill sets. I am not sure why they would be approved without question for others but not for me. Body flicker without seals has also be approve for a deduction to coordination multiple times.

Sometimes for balance reasons some Ua might be universally either revoked or require edits for everyone who has them regardless of they where approved previously as seen here

The changes Hana requested are part of that process Staff is currently working on and everyone who has those ua already will be required to make the same changes

I'm not sure what that link was trying to show despite the fact that when you guys change your minds on how a ua should work you sometimes announce it, which was not done in this case. I would suggest doing that in the future to avoid me having to constantly point this out when apping anything and to inform your checkers before they approve things that go directly against what you all now consider imbalanced.  Another example would be here

unless just paying an additional rank for all sealless Non-Elemental ninjutsu for clan ninja is okay with you all and if so I'll be adding to my character. My uas have been edited.
