Unique Abilities:

One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.

Flicker Master: Ikomiki is capable of utilizing the Body Flicker jutsu without the use of a handseal, when she does this however she takes a -1 tier to her coordination.

Field Specialist: When fighting outside the current allegiance's land, Ikomiki's rank counts as one rank higher when determining auto-hit range on NPC. When defending her current allegiance's land, her rank counts as one rank less.

Otsutsuki Expertise: Due to only relying on her clan abilities for the majority of her life and initially having little skill with Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu, Ikomiki finds herself more skilled at using her kekkei genkai than traditional shinobi skills. She can use her kekkei genkai techniques at one rank lower chakra cost than they would normally cost. This includes summons granted to her by her Animal Path. In return, all Non-Elemental Ninjutsu has its chakra cost increased by one rank.

Chakra Drain: Ikomiki is capable of draining chakra from others as a natural consequence of her Otsutsuki bloodline. This UA allows her to app techniques that can drain chakra, although those techniques leave her more open to receiving damage from chakra as well.

Without using techniques, she can choose to drain 5 chakra from someone by making physical contact with a them using her forearms or hands, although she has to consciously do so. This is able to be used through gloves and clothes, but does not extend to other tools or weapons.
Every time she makes contact, she can draw out chakra from a person (capped at 15 per person per post) or 15 chakra per person if she sustains contact the entire post. However, doing so opens Ikomiki up to increased damage (+1 rank of damage) from tangible chakra techniques for the rest of the post round. This is all elemental jutsu, and all attacks with tangible chakra, such as Chakra Flow and other such techniques. The amount that this UA allows for non technique absorption in a thread is capped at half of Ikomiki's base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This can not set her over her maximum pool of chakra either.

Nekomimi ~ Ikomiki has several feline characteristics, namely a pair of cat ears and a cat tail. Both are white, the same color as her hair, and work in the same way that they would on a normal cat. This is a cosmetic ability.

Appearance: Ikomiki’s appearance is notably stained with the traits of a cat, with her feline ears and tail being too noticeable to hide. She was born with both, being an early physical manifestation of the power of her Rin’negan path. Though she makes no effort to hide these unique traits, otherwise she appears as typical for her family. Her hair and skin are both almost completely white, with her hair in particular being thick and wavy and often allowed to grow long. When the Rin’negan is not active, her eyes appear a red-yellow gradient, although often non-neutral lights will cause her eyes to appear strongly one color or the other. Ikomiki is of an average height for a woman, standing at 5’4”, but has a small frame. Despite this she is well-toned, having a deceptively muscular body that gives her a strength greater than what her size would appear to have.  

History: Ikomiki was summoned into this dimension over a decade ago, first arriving as a young child. She took nothing with her, and was greeted by the inside of a castle following her first steps into this dimension. By chance, her destination ended up being in Sora-ku, among the outskirts of the Land of Fire. The city was altogether abandoned, at least by human life. Rather than any humans, the city was entirely occupied by cats. However, these were no ordinary cats. The Ninneko were the occupiers of Sora-ku, which at the center of was of their fortress-home. As Ikomiki was born with feline attributes, the Ninneko of Sora-ku recognized her as a fellow cat rather than a human or celestial being. Ikomiki would be raised by these cats, although as she grew the differences between her body and the bodies of the Ninneko would become more and more obvious. Ikomiki’s natural tendency to walk on two legs rather than four, her strange lack of fur anything other than her tail and ears, and her unnaturally long lifespan (compared to a cat) would eventually lead to the elders of the Ninneko to seek other caregivers for Ikomiki. As they had little other connections other than their ties to Konohagakure no Sato, Ikomiki would quickly be handed off to the shinobi village. Once transported to the village she would be a ward of the state, effectively an orphan, although many of the Ninneko from Sora-ku would often visit her in Konohagakure. The training she received from the Ninneko would be reinforced with the shinobi training she would receive from Konohagakure. Her training would be supplemented with basic education in reading, simple mathematics, and a variety of other simple subjects in an attempt to make up for her total lack of formal education while with the Ninneko.  

Personality: Having been raised by cats ever since her time in this dimension, Ikomiki shares many of the personality traits of one. Ikomiki enjoys hunting small animals for food, or when able to purchase food and have it delivered to her, simply hunt for fun. She enjoys playing with her prey, casually torturing whatever she can hunt for her own amusement. While generally independent and able to do well on her own, Ikomiki enjoys social situations as long as they are under control. Despite an initially aloof personality, Ikomiki is affectionate to those she becomes familiar with, commonly displaying behavior such as allogrooming and allomarking friends. This is usually enough to frighten away humans, but help her get along well with cats.

Despite generally thinking of herself in the terms of a feline, Ikomiki vaguely remembers bits and pieces of her past as a celestial being. This is something she intends to hide as much as possible, having generally adapted to life enough to no longer think of it as anything other than a vulnerability.
