      Unique Abilities:
One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. Akuma may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals but frees the other for bashing a guy’s face in.

      Appearance:
Standing at 6’ 1” she is pretty tall compared to most other girls her age and won the genetic lottery when it comes to her fair-skinned body type and has filled out in all the right places. She has enough curves to make a mountain trail jealous, but outside of that particular aspect, the rest of her body is built on pure, hard work. Muscles adorn themselves at just about anywhere you look, but they are subtle, only really apparent if you make physical contact to note the firmness below her skin. She also isn’t afraid to show off what she has, often wearing clothes that show off a little bit more skin than others. She is confident, holds herself well, and isn’t scared to mix things up to show people what a lifetime of dedicated hard work can bring to the table.

Her clothing, normally, is purely functional most of the time. She wears things that will allow her a great range of movement, and enable her to minimize her blind spots. She often changes outfits, but usually can be found in something that stands out in a crowd one way or another. When it comes to a combat-uniform of any sort though is where things change up a little, not in the style, but in the fabric itself.  Learning that a very quick way to ruin clothes was to go full Nature Transformation all the time, she has learned to use whatever hair she loses into her brushes as the thread to make an assortment of clothing that will transform with her, therefore preserving it so she doesn’t walk around nude after every fight.

      History:
Being born as a Nature Clan child is to be born cursed, but even the oldest tales will tell you that, and to be wary of such children.  What they don’t tell you, however, is what it is like to be that child.  To be literally helpless and treated like a disease.  Nameless, the little blonde baby was discarded before she was even able to properly move, given freely by her mother to Mother Nature, to do with her as the world could.  Her father, whom she would never lay eyes on, had taken her mother by force, and her mother had been faced with the decision of what to do.  She couldn’t bear a child with the curse, and under extreme pressure from the rest of the village, left the little girl some miles from their little village.

But her mother was no fool, either.  She knew that the area she had left her little demon, Akuma, as the villagers called her, was home to one of the guardian spirits of the world, an ancient creature that no human had ever laid eyes on, but they knew it was there.  She only prayed that the spirit would take kindly to her, and keep her from harm.  Despite her being Cursed, she loved the child very much, like any decent mother, but she would rather do this than let the other villagers simply kill her and be done with it.  With a broken heart, she left the sleeping baby in the forest wrapped as snugly as she could manage, and returned to her home to hopefully, one day, recover.

What she could not have anticipated was the fact that the ‘spirit’ they had known was there but never seen was one of the Dragons.  Deeply seated with nature, the winds, and the cycle of life and death, Dromoka didn’t initially react, waiting for some time, and only sending a message to his mother regarding the child, as it was something that he didn’t want to pass judgment on.  It wasn’t long before Lathliss, the Mother of all Dragons, slipped from the Blind Eternities and approached the baby, still soundlessly asleep.  The massive creature was surprisingly silent as it pulled the tiny creature into her paw, issued Dromoka her thanks, and left, all in one swoop.

She would not leave an innocent human to die simply because of some ‘curse’.  She could sense that the child was deeply seated in Nature Chakra, which the dragons knew as ‘mana’, which was the foundation of any Sage.  It had been decades since the Dragons had a sage or even were known of, and perhaps this one could be molded so that the Dragons could once again rule the skies and taste the air as something more than just myth and legend.  And so, she took the child home of all the dragons, a Plane of Existence called the Blind Eternities.  It was home to every conceivable biome you could think of on a mirror plane to the one that existed for humans,  but this was the home to every type of Dragon imaginable, home to all of the elements that humans thought they had tamed.  A laughable notion, surely.

Lathliss brought her home to her nest, a massive mountain with a cave that held all the essentials of life; food, freshwater, and most everything else that was needed, and although most of it was a bit much for a newborn, Akuma’s ‘Curse’ came in handy for that too, able to survive off of much harsher stuff than most humans, and survive she did.  It wasn’t too long before she was doing better than that, actually thriving, running around, causing trouble.  Lathliss being in the top three most powerful Dragons in the realm, she had a little issue with controlling the young woman’s ‘tantrums’ when her blood would take her over.  The first five years of her life were pretty straightforward; she learned most of what she needed to, what to eat, what not to, just how much she could push Lathliss before she would be grounded… normal kid stuff.  The only exception was that her mother was a Dragon that she was comparable in size to a tooth with, but that was beside the point.

      She was loved.

As she turned 5 years old, using the date that Lathliss found her as her birthday instead of her actual date of birth, which she knew nothing about, was when she began to train with Lathliss, focusing on controlling her temperament and Nature Energy first and foremost.  It took some time and an ample amount of patience, but over time she found herself able to reign it in.  She was pretty rambunctious still, but she prized her ability to control herself, and it had the nice side-effect of not getting grounded as often.  Once she was more stable, Lathliss invited another dragon to visit… a massive creature by the name of [/url]Niv-Mizzet.

While he paled in raw power, size, and strength to Lathliss, who was an Apex-Class, of only three, he was still a Leviathan-Class Dragon who had his own hesitations, but his specialty was in knowledge to which he was without equal.  He continuously had creatures in both the Blind Eternities and Human Realms alike that fed him information nigh-constantly, and after some convincing and a demonstration that Akuma was indeed intelligent, he agreed to teach her.  Formal education included both sides of the house though; human and Dragon alike.  She would spend the next pair of years mastering both languages, spoken and written, and the basic education that everyone would need to know from the traditional schools on both sides.

At the age of 8, she began to gain the attention of other dragons because they were drawn to her ability to mold Nature Chakra, something that they hadn’t sensed in a very long time.  They would come and visit and speak with the young girl who Lathliss had taken in, and one by one, her honest heart won them over in her own way, be her determination, indomitable will, brutal honesty, or unique personality, even among Dragons.  Many had seen her as a burden or a pest, often slinging insults towards her, but that came to a stop, and she was seen as one of their own… a Dragon, in Human’s Skin.  Her studies continued, but soon she mastered most of what she would need to know from Niv-Mizzet and turned her studies towards the spiritual.

There was none better than a fellow Apex-Class Dragon, one of the Council of Three, named Ugin, the Spirit Dragon.  The embodiment of Mana, or Chakra, itself, this dragon’s mere presence put Akuma nearly unconscious with how powerful he presented himself, but she held strong regardless, determined.  She would not let her mother down, nor let this opportunity go to waste.  Impressed with her spirit and strength, he agreed to teach her the long-lost methods of the Dragon Sage.

Another pair of years went by, and she managed to truly harness her power, bringing her own bloodline completely under her control, and becoming the first Imperfect Dragon Sage in ages.  There was still work to be done, naturally, and she would continue to study under ‘Master Ugin’ for the foreseeable future, but the simple accomplishments she had achieved thus far were enough to make all those in the Dragon Realm that there was hope yet for her.  She would spend the next couple of years studying combat, watching humans through a device called the ‘Extraplanar Lens’ that Niv-Mizzet had lent her, which allowed her to peer into the Human World without being detected.  Lathliss would create ‘Mana Shades’ that would appear mostly human for her to spar with, and she quickly began to grow in proficiency, learning from all sorts of people from around the human world and creating her own style.

When she was 12, she finally drew the attention of the last of the Council, an Apex-Class Dragon named Nico Bolas, who came to visit Lathliss.  He immediately warned the Mother Dragon to exterminate Akuma, noting her growth was becoming dangerous for those of their kind and she knew too much about them.  Akuma said nothing, but she didn’t need to, her mother coming to her defense and beginning an intense debate back and forth between the two titans, which began to escalate.  The blonde knew that this could result in a battle at best, a war at worst, between all of the dragons, and that was the last thing she wanted.

So she got between them, a suicidal gesture surely, and placed a single hand on Lathliss’ bristling scales, causing her to quiet slowly mid-sentence and look down.  She gave her mother a smile and simply turned to face Nico Bolas, and kneeled before him, stating that if he required to take her life, it was his to take, if it meant that the Dragons and their realm would remain safe and at peace.  Nico, taken aback by the selflessness of the insignificant human, then began to all but interrogate Akuma, driving her to the point of forcing her transformation, but was stunned when she held her ground, gave the honest answers to his questions, and proved in no small way that her allegiance was with the dragons, and when push came to shove, it always would be even if it meant forsaking Humans entirely.  He simply snorted, telling Lathliss to do as she wished, and left back to his citadel.

Three years later, still under the instruction of Ugin, Lathliss, and Niv-Mizzet, she mastered her nature aspect completely, becoming the first Dragon Sage, or ‘Dovahkiin’ in living memory for most of the Dragons.  Another year later, she had traveled most of the realms that the dragons called home, forming contracts with them, and received recognition among almost every one of them, the only exception being Nico Bolas himself.  It wasn’t until she began to speak about spreading the knowledge of the Dragons and their teachings to other humans that anything significant occurred, and she was summoned to the Bolas Citadel personally.  Lathliss asked to accompany her, but Akuma shook her head sadly.  She had to confront him alone and would do so of her own free will.

And so she did, meeting with the massive Dragon in his own home.  Lathliss was known for her endless Stamina and Durability, able to weather the harshest of anything thrown at her without even batting an eye.  Ugin was known for being literally the avatar of chakra, and his control over that chakra to such an extent that there was a little outside of his grasp.  Nico Bolas was known for his Strength and Intellect, able to bring ruin to anything he deemed necessary, a tactician with the patience to wait centuries before a plan came together, and the overall war leader of the Dragons in times where war concerned them.

He was not without honor and integrity, but he knew all too well the dangers that others often overlooked, being too emotionally invested to see them.  Akuma could not challenge him in combat… even as he tempted her to do so over and over again, as if looking for an excuse to simply turn her into a paste and be done with it.  But Akuma did not give in, opting instead to force his hand and discuss why he summoned her, to which he responded to issuing the dangers of spreading knowledge about Sages, Nature Clan, and the Dragons themselves to the humans on the other realm.

And so they debated, each coming up with problems and solutions, a battle of words that took the greater part of half a year.  Each time Akuma would frustrate him, stump him or point out flaws in a point he issued he would attempt to make her flinch and engage in combat, but to no avail.  She simply would never give in, and eventually, began to earn a bit of his respect as he discovered that not only was she nearly completely fearless, but also held many aspects of the Dragons that he sought to protect into her own personality, as well as their wellbeing as the forefront of her intent.  Ugin and Lathliss were invited soon thereafter, as well as all of the ‘Big 10’ dragons of the realm to discuss how to handle it moving forward.  The next half-year was spent planning and discussing, as well as celebrating the birth of a true Sage of the Dragons.

On her 20th birthday, having been gone from all humans for two decades, she was allowed to return, roughly a mile from the gates of a place she knew as Konohagakure.  Being the largest organization in the Land of Fire, this would be where she started her journey to bring about a new age of Dragons.

      Personality:
Loud and Proud is how most people would describe Akuma. She isn’t afraid to tell you exactly what she thinks, regardless if it hurts your feelings or not; “If you can’t handle the truth, then leave me the hell alone! That simple!” She believes honesty is the one thing in the world that should be treasured above all else, and thus, she doesn’t usually make a ton of friends, which is just fine by her. If someone does manage to get past that shell-shock that is her blunt honesty though, they will find out that she has a surprising amount of depth to her personality.

She cares about her freedom deeply and the truth of the matter is that she normally gets along with others great, so long as they are able to look past her bloodline and other problems and actually give her a fair shot. She has a particular sweet spot for sweets, and if you manage to become someone she cares about, you can officially declare yourself a friend of Akuma when she gives you a nickname, earning your place inside her circle of trust. Once you are here, it would take betrayal of a pretty high degree to lose your spot, or constantly lying to her. She can’t stand liars.

Being raised by literal dragons, there is also a very high sense of spirituality and honor she is bound by, something that she learned the value of deeply over time.  Being a True Sage of the Dragons, she pays them each their due respect, has formed bonds with them and would love to show others what she has learned over the years.  She is extremely grateful and humble when it comes to most situations, even if she doesn’t show it all the time, as she was given a second chance at life, and has no intention to waste it.
