    Information:
    I'll start by autoclaiming at D rank Tai, Gen, and Non-Elemental Ninjutsu.

    Then I'll claim 20,000 Starting Ryo, putting me at 20,000.

    Finally, 5 Starting Jutsu, since Takeshi is C Class that gives him access to B class techniques.

    Finally, 600 Exp from referrals
    I referred Colt, Ashitaka, Mort, and Aria and all three have most definitely made 3 IC posts each by now.

    This puts Takeshi at 1,195/2,995
