Finals! Andariel Bloodworth vs. Zenaku Uchiha

Before the Champion tournament were the two runner ups, Andariel and Zenaku. Ironically they both failed the preliminary round of the Finals, but given the lack of willing participants for the Bronze cup they were strapped for willing fighters. This gave Andariel and Zenaku the opportunity to redeem themselves with the Final prize. "The arena has been reset. Lets hear it for Andariel Bloodworth and Zenaku Uchiha! Lower the gates!" As per protocol the two must meet in the center ten meters apart before the fight can begin.

It was finally time, zenaku had been training like crazy for this upcoming match so as the gates lowered them selfs zenaku took a deep breath as he walked out into the stadium. Zenaku was very shocked tho when he heard who he was going to have to fight, it had to be the woman that said she would hurt him just cause he said he liked her horns. Well he guessed that he would not know what would happen until things got started but he did not like his chances, from what he could tell of the woman last time he meet her she seemed like a up close and personal type of fighter.

He looked around his surroundings and he heared the crowed going crazy from this upcoming fight, zenaku just had to remember not to panic and to keep a calm head and to analyze every thing down to its smallest detail. The last time he was in this place he lost to zeke but he was hopping that this time he could actually win, it would really suck to have to go back to the hidden leaf village and to have lost the chunin exams.

He walked out farther onto the battle field cause they had to be ten meters away from one another before the fight could start but that was ok cause some of his jutsu had a very ranges so he hoped that he could use the best jutsu to its best in this fight unlike his last one.

It was time for redemption for the Oni. From her feet Andariel wears a standard pair of black leather combat boots which extend up just below her knees. These are paired with a set of steel plated shin guards which protect the top part of her feet and up to just below the sleeve of her boots. The shin guards are buckled by several straps around the back side. Paired with her setup is a pair of simple black pants offering minimal protection except from the elements. On her top she dons a metallic gray arming coat which protects her torso and arms. The entire affair is shrouded by a short sleeve mail hauberk which had its sleeves ending just at her elbows. The rest of the hauberk extended down to her knees acting like a skirt. She wears a double leather sash around her waist to help distribute the weight of the hauberk, increase mobility, and stow weaponry. Over her torso she wore a piece of breastplate which was accompanied with a back plate providing full coverage to her vital organs. A bit of a neck guard made of raised steel from the breastplate also helped protect the sides and back of her neck.

On the far right of her uppermost belt she carries her arming sword. It was a standard arming sword with a leather-wrapped grip, steel pommel, crossguard, and double-edged blade tapering to a point. This was stored in a standard black leather scabbard. On the same belt to her left side is a small steel buckler hooked to her belt by an attachment. Further behind the shield setup are five kunai fitted into slots on her belt being held securely in place. To her right side located before her sword on the second belt she carried a simple one-handed steel mace. Around her back side and secured with a leather strap is a brown leather satchel which was suspended next another leather pouch, this one labeled with a red cross to signify it being a medkit. Across her torso she wears a leather baldric which supports a two-handed ax worn on her back and a dagger on the front closer to her abdomen. The ax has a sturdy, oak shaft accompanied by a large crescent head. Her lower arms are protected by a set of black leather gloves which cover her hands entirely up to her elbows. Much like her boots these are supported by a pair of steel arm guards protecting the forearm and back hands.

Andariel herself is a tall, voluptuous woman standing 6'3 and weighing 160 lbs. Her skin is a pure white tone free from any blemishes, sun marks, or body hair. The only sign of hair on her body is from her head. Silky, jet black hair cascades down her back ending just at her tailbone. Her eyes are a golden amber and standard in appearance. Protruding through her hair Andariel has a pair of white horns which extend outwards but curve just slightly inwards towards the end allowing them to serve as functional tools in combat if necessary.

She was fully fitted for combat. When the gate lowered she approached the center of the arena. How peculiar. It was the boy from their written class. She was surprised he made it as far as she did, but didn't let that intimidate her. "Hi." She said with a small hand raise and a skiddish grin. Despite her shy demeanor she was ready for combat. Her eyes sunk down to his body. No armor...no weapons. What an odd choice. Reaching to her hip she drew her sword. Wings sprouted from her back and her eyes changed with her sclera turning black and her iris remaining golden. A small ethereal purple flame wisped off her eye like smoke, though it served no meaning aside from her doujutsu being active.

He was surprised that the Oni did not decide to suddenly attack him the moment that she saw him, but then again that was a good thing cause that gave him the time to think of what he would wish to do, he could always go straight for a jutsu or he could try to keep his distance and play it safe. But then again in these finals of the excam should he really be trying to play it safe or should he attempt to go all out at this point he was not really sure.

The woman in front of him sure looked like she was ready for combat as she was covered from head to toe in weapons and armor so he could tell that she was focused on being a up close fighter which meant she must use a lot of taijutsu. " Hey there, surprised to see you again. But lets have a good fight." Zenaku said as he suddenly activated his sharingan, his jet black eyes suddenly turned scarlet red which had three tomo circling around is pupil, this would give him a better chance if any at all.

Zenaku decided that it would be better to go all out from the start and to do that he would use his new jutsu he learned before, it was a powerful S rank jutsu so he hoped that it would win him this fight from the start. He quickly formed the horse sign with his hand as he inhaled a lot of air. " Fire style Great Fire Annihilation jutsu" Zenaku then blew out and as he did a great sea of flames came rushing out from his mouth as it rushed towards the horned oni with great speed and power. It covers a large 250 meters in length so this was gonna be very hard to dodge as it sweep,ed the ground.

This was his first time using this jutsu in combat but even he could tell that this jutsu was a very strong and powerful jutsu that not many would be able to get away from. But just on the safe side zenaku kept his eyes looking around in case she managed to get away.

Their 'reunion' was as expected from two socially awkward acquaintances, each having their own unique way of expressing it. Andariel's strong distrust towards humans were greatly amplified with this man's previous jab at her appearance. There was no spite. Just distrust. Her target began the fight with the attempt to form hand signs. Common was it for ninja to rely so heavily on their Ninjutsu. It was something Andariel had gotten used to. Her response was always the same. Control the battlefield and don't get in front of whatever they have to expel. The moment his arm twitch to raise his hand, Andariel sprung off with a powerful beat of her wings. Her arming sword would make a passing cut across the boy's abdomen horizontally. The draw cut would slice into his abdominal muscle. His entrails would remain within his body but would be left with a deep wound which would incur plenty of bleeding.

This attack allowed her to reposition herself behind Zenaku being out of the range of his impressive Fire display. Maintaining her focus on his body she would ensure she stayed out of range of it for as long as she saw the flames.

It would seem that before zenaku could even use his jutsu that he formed the hand sign for the woman went on the move, Zenaku never did once take his eyes off of the woman sense he first arrived at the exam finals so as soon as he saw the muscles in her legs move and the flutter of her wings zenaku could already tell that she was coming at him head on. The only bad thing about up close attacks was that zenaku never did practice much in the art of taijutsu and what made matters worse was that this woman was coming at him with a sword.

Zenaku held his breath so to not fire off the jutsu just yet, just then out from from under his long sleeve zenaku brought out a Kunai knife and brought it up with his free hand and blocked the in coming sword attack. Lucky enough there strength was the same, but just as soon as zenaku and Andariel's blades clashed zenaku blew out unleashing the jutsu then suddenly began to spin around which not only would sent the flames towards the woman oni but all over the arena giving any hope to escape little to none. Seconds and the arena would be covered in fire leaving no place on the ground to be except for where zenaku was standing and sense he was spinning even his space around him was only small enough for him alone.

The boy's concealed kunai blade came in his favor during her assault providing a flashy defense. Their blades met, Andariel's steel sword grinding past the edge of his iron dagger creating a spark as the superior blade chipped into his dagger. The kunai was a preferred weapon to the ninja, being disposable and durable at the same time. They could carry dozens on their body with no real hindrance. Andariel didn't intend to be stopped by his parry but instead carried through with her movement letting her blade glide off his. But this was only something meant to stall her. Zenaku didn't intend to fight her directly. The boy turned to face her direction with his breasts heaved out holding the breath he initially stored for his attack. She knew what was to come next.

The Oni strove to stay out of the man's direct line of sight. Keeping her feet moving she would continue to circle him at a controlled pace to not lap him and run straight into the inferno. Her eyes monitored his body movement to analyze the pace he moved at. He was slower. Staying within his flank she'd repeatedly throw a stroke of her sword at random parts around his body. She'd strike his outer thigh, across his back, his outer arm, his calf. There was nowhere safe that was out of range for her flurry of blows. Each attack would severe his muscle in the area causing heavy bleeding and overall incapacitating. She lacked finessed, and part of her didn't want to be bothered with it. To her it felt unnecessary at this point.

The Stuff:

Things was not really going zenaku's way in this fight and it was such a drag, but thanks to his heightened perception he was able to some what keep up with the woman's movements. Unfortunately his fire style jutsu was not able to hit her as she kept her self to zenaku's flank and did not wish to be in front of him, honestly it was a good idea and good tactic cause fighting a person with the sharingan you would be doomed to be caught in front where they could lock eyes on you.

As zenaku was spinning around hoping to strike her she was taking her sword and swinging it towards his body, thanks to his sharingan he was able to see each strike she sent his way by watching her from the corner of his eye site tho he was not able to get a direct line of sight he was at least able to see her shadow movements and the outline of her arm and blade as she swung it, so by slightly adjusting his body part she was aiming for he was able to avoid a deep cut and instead got a shallow cut tho it stuck like hell and he did start bleeding he would at least be able to still move about.

But unless he was able to land a hit this fight was gonna be just like before where he loses and he would be damned if he went and lost yet another match in the chunim exams. But as to what he was gonna do he was not sure his options at this point was pretty bleak especially if she continued to stay behind him so he would need to find a way to get her into his sight or at least out from behind him.

Zenaku would drop down to one knee acting as if he was hurt from her attack, and as he dropped down he let a flash bomb slip out from inside of his sleeve as it suddenly went off with him giving the tiger hand seal, the blast would cover a 15 meter area but as soon as he activated the flash bomb he used the tiger hand seal once again and as he did a thousand water needles form around her then shot forth. He created the needles from the water in the moisture in the air, and luckly they was still 10 meters from each other if not closer. He had hope that this would either hit or hopefully it would place some distance between one another.

Andariel's first sword cut was a direct hit causing her opponent to fall onto one knee in response to the pain. She saw this weakness the moment his body started to lose elevation. Andariel was about to capitalism on this whether it was a feint or not. From the audience's perspective the Oni's 'run-and-hack' method would suddenly see a new, refined form. Standing behind Zenaku her body halted, legs tense and body straightened. Her sword-bearing arm was pulled back to her abdomen before she executed a single thrust at greater speeds to impale Zenaku before his knee touched the ground. This thrust are target mid torso to pierce his body from the back and out the front all the way down to the crossguard.

With her strength backing the thrust it'd see no problem passing through his flesh. Her target were his lungs. Puncturing those would not only making breathing and movement incredibly difficult, but the pierced lung would begin to fill the organ with blood overtime. Her blade would also casually break a couple ribs on the way out leaving a critical injury on the young man. If Zenaku continued with his flash bomb attempt she would notice the small spherical bomb as it hit the ground and immediately snuff it out with a solid stomp of her boot letting her weight crush it. If it were activated upon impact the light would be blocked regardless.

Andariel knew the thrust would not be enough to end him just there. He would be practically done for guesstimating from his reaction to the slash. He wasn't built for direct combat. What she could do is help expedite the process would be to deliver a swift strike to the back of his cranium. With a cocked back left hand she'd throw a single blow using her impressive upper body strength.

The Stuff:

Well zenaku had put up a great fight and used all the options he could use for what came at him, unfortunately this oni woman was just to fast for him. Zenaku trained like crazy for this fight but things just did not work out. Zenaku continued to keep a watch on her shadow so that he could get a idea of what she was gonna do sense he could not get a full look on her body its self.

He could see that she drew her blade back a d rushed towards zenaku and if he had to guess she was gonna try to end the fight here and now with a thrust. So thinking fast zenaku moved his body just a few inches to either side of where the sword struck so it managed to avoid any vital areas but it still managed to go cleanly though. Unfortunately it still busted a rib but missed the lungs or any organs by inches. Which also meant that unfortunately his flash bomb idea was foiled and he lost yet another fight.

But sense the cut was very deep and went all the way though his body he fell to ground face down with a thud sliding off the blade, blood now starting to slowly puddle u der him and before he passed out he could see medics running out from the arena.

A swift thrust was followed by her intended knockout punch to easy his pain. His unconscious body slid off her blade where she retrieved a cleaning cloth from her satchel, wiped it clean, and sheathed it in her scabbard. There were no feeling of remorse and concern. Not because she hated the boy. But the fight was just natural to her. With her sword stashed away she left the arena through the same gate she entered. Although she wasn't a champion, her position as Bronze Cup winner had some merit.

Zenaku lay there his body began to feel heavy. His vision was going blurry but before he blacked out he could see medics closing in on him and they was yelling something but he could not hear them unfortunately. His body was feeling cold and this did not hold well, he still had things that he wished to do and if he died then those dreams and gouls would die with him. As he lay there he could feel his blood running out of his body. But at the same time he felt something warm on his gut and back, from what he could see the medics hands was glowing green as they was healing his wounds. Sense he knew that he was gonna be good zenaku past out, and he hoped that he would wake up in the hospital.
