 Jounin Standby StationThis multi-story building is the barracks of the village, with most of the floors serving as a home to those shinobi who don't wish to live on their own. The uppermost floor is isolate to Jounin and Anbu who are on stand-by for missions or who simply want to relax.

Intelligence DivisionThis division is charged with the gathering of information through any means necessary. This two-story building is home to some of the most gruesome torture chambers imaginable, and also houses Konoha's very own Mind Reading Amplification Device. The Analysis Team and the Interrogation and Torture Force share this building.

Sensory DivisionThis division handles the gathering and distribution of sensory information from the many sensors stationed across the village. They also possess the means necessary to employ a sensing barrier or a sensing sphere, if necessary.

Defense Coordination CenterThis is the home to the Anbu Black Ops and the meeting place for the heads of Konoha's defense divisions. This building is single story and contains many offices for meetings and for storing important -but not confidential- paperwork. This is the place most Black Op missions are assigned.

Konoha AviaryAll mail traffic via messenger birds passes through the aviary, where shinobi on duty deliver messages to the parties involved or send messages to other aviaries throughout the continent.

AcademyThis is the location of Konoha's Academy and many exam stations to progress shinobi from students, to Genin, and finally, to Chuunin. It is just East of the Hokage building and is also settled at the base of the cliff.

Government BuildingThe main building in the Administrative District, contained within are the Hokage's Office, the Konoha Council Chambers, and many other offices for official business.

Hokage RockCarved into the face of the cliff directly behind the Government Building is the likeness of the Hokage, with enough spacing to ensure that many generations of Hokage can fit in sequence from left to right. At present, only the likeness of Kazuya Uchiha, the First Hokage, is carved.
