Clan History/Description: The Fisei Clan, or the Blade of Self Control have a long and storied history tracing back to before the founding of the Iron Country. Originally from a place called the South Kingdom they took it upon themselves to instruct those they cared for on the morality of the world. More than anything the Fisei believed that there was only good and evil, no muddled grey or compromise. Their unwavering dedication to the clear distinction between right and wrong frequently put them on the more aggressive side of conflicts and this was never more pronounced then during the War of Iron. Many rumors floated through the South Kingdom before the first strike, of selfishness and hoarding of the land's resources. And hotheaded as they were, the Fisei could not stand by and let even the chance that people may suffer go unanswered.

The War of Iron, as it was eventually named, lasted for one hundred years. Throughout that time the Fisei came to realize that in their efforts to preserve the morality of the land they had torn at it’s very soul. Eventually the time came when a meeting between the leaders of the four main clans was called; The Fisei, The Meiyo, The Makato and the Gi. They met in a region known as the Three Wolves Mountains and here they discussed peace, to put an end to the suffering of the land’s people and to return to harmony with the world around them. It was at that time that the leader of the Gi clan proposed a code that all clans would adopt to ensure the happiness, peace and prosperity of the Samurai well into the future. It was at this time that the Bushido Code was created; also called They Who Serve. The Samurai were created to protect the people of the newly renamed Iron Shogunate; The Land of Iron.

At that same meeting the first election for the position of Shogun was held, the leader of the Makato clan, Kiyoko being the appointed. The leader of the Fisei Clan, Tatsumaru Fisei was the first to swear fealty to the newly appointed Shogun, the action being both a true representation of the Clan’s devotion to their ideals and as a way of making restitution for their unintended crimes against their people. It was decided then that the title of Shogun would always be passed down to an apprentice from a different Clan, so as to ensure that the leadership was always fairly handled and that no one Clan had more power than another.

The Land of Iron held their peace until quite recently, as the rest of the lands outside took up practicing the Shinobi arts. Although the Fisei were furthest from the influence and subsequent invasion from the Land of Water they were stirred to action upon the first whisper of the force. They fought long and hard in the Northern Region, seeking to defend the lands they held so dear and purge the evil from it. Sadly they were unable to stop the onslaught and the Iron Country was razed, flowing with the blood of their people. They swore to eradicate the Shinobi; viewing them as an affront to all that was good and pure in the world, their tactics wreathed in villainy and corruption. After these events when a new leader was supported by an outside organization, The Society, the Fisei clan were again the first to swear fealty to the new Shogun. They gladly welcomed any who follow the Code of Bushido and help protect the Iron Country from the invading Shinobi. It took time for all the Clans to agree, though they would eventually and the Fisei Clan would aid in the rebuilding of their lands beginning with the Iron Country’s new capital, Tetsumaru.

Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics:  The Fisei clan is the living embodiment of all that is good. Everything that they do is towards this goal; to see evil stamped out and good prevail. The Fisei see only a clear line drawn between right and wrong a line that surpasses most often even logic or reason. They are self control incarnate - they do not compromise or barter with their character. They teach their children the same from as young as they can comprehend actions. They are quick to judge and quick to punish, making them confrontational and aggressive. However their compassion and empathy knows no bounds for those afflicted by wrongness.

Bloodline Description & Abilities: This is the main part of your clan, where you'll list any abilities that your bloodline has and offer a description for it that goes as in depth as you want it to. Most abilities should have some method of training, so that clan members don't start with the maximum of their bloodline's power. The more powerful the bloodline's powers, the more training that's required.

Bloodline Limits & Drawbacks: Describe any flaws or weaknesses to your bloodline here. Generally, the more powerful a bloodline, the more weaknesses it will need. Use your creativity here.

Clan Techniques This is the place for any techniques that are related to your clan. This is a list that will be updated as you add more techniques for your bloodline, but to actually register those techniques, you'll need to use the Jutsu Registration forum. Be sure to include the "Group Exclusive" classification if you want only your clan to learn those techniques!

    [Clan Name] Meiyo Clan
[Clan Location] Land of Iron | Tetsumura
[Bloodline Name & Type] Blade of Honour
[Current Clan Leader] This is the current clan leader for your clan. This can be an existing Player Character, a Player Character that you or someone else plans to register soon, or a Non-Player Character.

Clan History/Description: The Meiyo Clan, or the Blades of Honour, are a clan whose origins can be traced back to the founding of the Bushido Code. Originating from the area that was at the time called the West Kingdom, they were known as fishermen and great providers, being the backbone of the country, and experiencing a great boon in trade. They kept to their areas for a long time until the Southern Kingdom decided that they wanted to take over the land, and the remaining three kingdoms would all respond in kind, leading to the War of Iron. The four clans were all fighting over influence and resources, knowing that whoever controlled the iron would control the future of the country. The Meiyo were the first to feel the wrath of the Fisei clan, and they responded in kind, believing that the Honour of their opponents was in question and reacting swiftly to the slight in an action that would start The War of Iron.

The War of Iron would last for one hundred years until the leaders of each of the four main clans, The Fisei, The Meiyo, The Gi and of course the Makato Clan met at the central point of the Country, a region known as the Three Wolves Mountains. Here they would discuss peace, as it had been too long that the land and its people had suffered through the toils of war. Masaru Gi, the eldest of the four assembled, suggested that the four of them adopt a code that would include the tenants of all four clans, as well as other important beliefs that they would agree should rule the land, and it was from this meeting that the Bushido Code was created. This is cited as the official creation of the Samurai in the way that they exist now, also referred to as They Who Serve. The Samurai were created to protect the people of the newly renamed Iron Shogunate, or The Land of Iron. The Meiyo clan were instrumental in the implementation of the other four tenants of the Bushido Code, suggesting the four which would be unanimously agreed should be a part of the ruling tenants.

The meeting included the election of the first ever Shogun of the country, which was the head of the Makato Clan, a woman named Kiyoko. It was decided that she would rule the Land of Iron, and that eventually it would be passed onto an apprentice of hers, who could not be of the same clan. This would ensure that the land would always have a fair leader, and that no one clan’s influence would ever rest too heavily on the land. The Meiyo clan would nominate Kiyoko, being the first clan to move that she should be chosen, and would eventually have the third Shogun of the land, a man named Kensai Meiyo.

Until recently the Land of Iron enjoyed a period of peace, while the rest of the continent had taken up the Shinobi path, they had allowed the Bushido Code to govern them, and their samurai would stay neutral in all dealings between their more underhanded kin. The Meiyo view the way that the shinobi fight their battles to be dishonourable and therefore would be considered to not like them. When the Land of Water attacked the country, the Meiyo for the most part were unscathed, not reaching the site of the attack fast enough in order to support their sister clans, which was a huge blow to their honour.

After the Sacking of the Land of Iron and the subsequent naming of the new Shogun by Nozomi, the leader of The Society, The Meiyo were hesitant at first, not necessarily believing Kensai himself to be dishonourable, but questioning the honour of The Society after their activities across the continent. They would eventually be brought around on the subject and decided that the new Shogun would have the chance to prove that he would be a leader who would uphold the Bushido Code. The four clans would all pledge themselves towards the new Shogun and rebuilding the Land of Iron, starting with Tetsumura, the new capital.

Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics:  The Meiyo Clan members hold the tenant of Honour above all else. They live by the highest code of conduct, keeping all of their obligations and never backing down from anything. They could be considered foolhardy in this way, but they would never view it like that. A Meiyo Clan member will never break an agreement, and if they do will do all that they can to repent for their transgressions.

Bloodline Description & Abilities: This is the main part of your clan, where you'll list any abilities that your bloodline has and offer a description for it that goes as in depth as you want it to. [Bloodline Name & Type] Blade of Integrity

Clan History/Description: The Makato Clan, or the Blades of Integrity, are a clan whose origins can be traced back to the founding of the Bushido Code. Originating from the area that was at the time called the North Kingdom, they were known as fishermen and great providers, being the backbone of the country, and experiencing a great boon in trade. The Makato, having their own trade, were the last to be dragged into the War of Iron, and joined it hesitantly but out of necessity.

This would ensure that the land would always have a fair leader, and that no one clan’s influence would ever rest too heavily on the land. Kiyoko would take on an apprentice from the Fisei Clan, a man named Hakara, who would become the second Shogun of the Land of Iron, a showing of good faith in the clan who had been believed to have started the war.

Until recently the Land of Iron enjoyed a period of peace, while the rest of the continent had taken up the Shinobi path, they had allowed the Bushido Code to govern them, and their samurai would stay neutral in all dealings between their more underhanded kin. The Makato view the underhanded tendencies of the shinobi to be disgusting and a general affront to the principal that they live their lives around. When the Land of Water attacked the country, the Makato were the first to face their wrath, not prepared for what was to come through their lack of dealings with these people. They were overrun, and the Land of Iron was raised.

After the Sacking of the Land of Iron and the subsequent naming of the new Shogun by Nozomi, the leader of The Society, The Makato were one of the first to embrace the new Shogun, believing that from what they had heard of him and his clan, he was a man of integrity and one who followed the Bushido code. Backing the Fisei Clan in their claim that the new Shogun would lead the land fairly, justly, and to the Bushido Code, they would help bring the Gi Clan into line regarding his ascendance. The four clans would all pledge themselves towards the new Shogun and rebuilding the Land of Iron, starting with Tetsumura, the new capital.

Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics:  The Makoto Clan members embody integrity, and each of their actions are done with this trait in mind. Above all else they believe in living a life of honesty and sincerity, and therefore tend to be known to wear their emotions on their sleeves as well as being honest to a fault. They would never tell a lie, and this means that even if they need to they would stick to their convictions and die before doing so.

Clan History/Description: The Gi Clan, or the Swords of Justice, are a clan whose origins can be traced back to the founding of the Bushido Code. Originating from the area that is now known as Tatsumura, at the time the East Kingdom, they were the law of the land for many centuries, keeping peace and prosperity.

This would ensure that the land would always have a fair leader, and that no one clan’s influence would ever rest too heavily on the land.

Until recently the Land of Iron enjoyed a period of peace, while the rest of the continent had taken up the Shinobi path, they had allowed the Bushido Code to govern them, and their samurai would stay neutral in all dealings between their more underhanded kin. The Gi view the Shinobi as a lawless people, and look down upon the constant crimes of their ways. They were the first clan to rush to the aid of the Northern Region of the country when the Shinobi from Kirigakure attacked. Unfortunately they did not manage to stop the flood of the land of water, and they were defeated, and the land raised. After the sacking of the Land of Iron, and the naming of the new Shogun by the leader of The Society, Nozomi, the Gi were the most hesitant, not liking the idea of an outsider being given control of their village. Eventually the four clans would agree, however, to back the new Shogun and they would assist in rebuilding the country, starting with the new capital of Tetsumura...

Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics:  The Gi Clan above all else values reflecting on what is fair and right, and upholding the values of upstanding moral character. They are the truest blade, never wavering from their mission as they wish to ensure that the world is brought into compliance within that justice. They tend to be extremely empathetic and compassionate, taking into consideration the situations of others before deciding upon what is fair or right in a certain circumstance.

    Bloodline Description & Abilities:
    Living Weapon
The Gi clan are the sharpened blade of Justice, and that fine honed edge is reflected in the weapons that they carry. Each member of the clan begins with a C-Rank weapon of their choice. The weapon begins as a standard weapon, nothing particularly special. If the choice is a bow, you still have to buy arrows and follow the projectile rules...What makes these special is their ability to grow with their user...

    First Tier: 250 exp
The first tier of the Living Weapon is unlocked by paying 250 exp. It is increased to B Rank and gains a 1 Tier increase to any stat that you wish while you use it.

    Second Tier: 500 exp
The second tier of the Living Weapon is unlocked by paying 500 exp. It can only be unlocked after the First Tier has been unlocked. This will increase the rank of your weapon to A-Rank and will allow you to add an elemental affinity to your weapon, giving you a CP reduction to that element.

    Third Tier: 1000 exp
The third tier of the Living Weapon is unlocked by paying 1000 exp. It can only be unlocked after the first and second tiers have been unlocked. This will allow you an additional effect, such as armour penetration, healing prevention, etc. and the weapon will be classed as S-Rank.

    Final Form: 1500 exp
The Final Form of the Gi clan's living weapon is unlocked by paying 1500 exp. It can only be unlocked after the other three tiers have been unlocked. The user must be A-Class in order to unlock this. The weapon will be classified as X-Rank, and will be allowed to be given one final enchantment. This can be anything the user wants that follows the Enchantment rules, and, as all other updates, must be approved by staff.

In the hands of anyone but the user, the Living Weapon is simply a weapon, none of the abilities able to be used without interacting with the Chakra (or Ki) of the user. It will have basic properties akin to the rank of the weapon itself, but with none of the additional benefits.

Bloodline Limits & Drawbacks: Members of the Gi clan spend their entire lives bonding with one weapon and only one. If they ever try to use another weapon they will take a negative tier of coordination when using that weapon. This reflects that they are only comfortable with their own weapon. They only physical spec that a Gi Clan member can take is the specialization of their specific weapon, meaning a bow user could never take Bukijutsu, Taijutsu or Kenjutsu.
