✶ Boon of the Soaring Swords
While Mort no longer wields the original weapons that made him famous in his old life, traces of their attunement still remain. As long as Mort can access his chakra, Mort can float an inch above the ground with no debuff, and can freely fly up to 3 meters off the ground at 1 tier lower then his base speed. Note that if the ground were to fall far enough under him to go past his UA flight limit, he would fall as well.

This needs to go.
Lower the max altitude to 1 meter

And keep in mind that floating means exactly that, floating. If you take a hit while floating, you'll be pushed back considerably because you have no ground to support you. You can apply strength of course, you just can't "push" or "pull" without ground support.


✶ Pain Suppression
Due to his...unique history involving the Jashinism Curse and the Peacock Wisdom Queen Jutsu, Mort can temporarily suspend his ability to feel any physical pain, however when he does so he has to devote part of his mind to focusing on just that, taking a -1 tier debuff to his Intelligence when he does so. (5 CP toggle)

Pain immunity is a high constitution perk. I can't approve UA's that take perks from stats, I'm sorry. It sets a dangerous precedent we'renot really comfortable with.

✶ False Hydra Sage of Ghidorah
Although Mort lost his ability to summon hydras, a contract can never truly be broken, and as such he can summon their power in a different form. When using this UA, Mort gains a +1 tier to his Perception as he opens his senses to the world around him, gaining markings under his eyes that make it seem as if he's weeping purple tears, reminiscent of a hydra sage despite his non-use sage status. At the same time, channeling this power strains his mental fortitude from improper training, giving him a -1 tier debuff to his Intelligence as long as it's active. (5 CP toggle)
