You will be supplied with short wave radios and instructions on the location of these rambunctious critters. Clear them out as quickly as you can and investigate the area to see if this was the result of foul play or simple wear and tear, so that the appropriate civilian team can come in afterwards and properly repair the damaged areas preventing the entry of any more unwelcome visitors and the escape of any unpleasant chemicals being flushed into these water ways. These critters' stats are E+ equivalents or lower and shouldn't pose much of a threat to academy trained ninja.
