Description
Kind and wise beyond her age Rafaela was chosen by Hakkin himself to serve as his first Vestal. Acting as his his divine messenger and symbolic wife she spent decades of her life tending to the wounded and defending the innocent from injustice. She possessed enormous vitality for a mortal living beyond the standard life span to the ripe old age of 120 when her flesh finally failed her. Some say she was an Uzumaki that had wandered to the land of lightning from the land of whirlpools. Other claim her to be a Senju. Whatever the truth she possessed compassion beyond measure to the point where even beyond death her spirit lived on compelled to continue her task of tending to her people. Considered to be the patron saint of doctors they often pray to her to intercede with Hakkin on the sick's behalf.

Because she lacks a physical form of her own withwhich to interact with the world at large in times of great need Hakkin will select a physical host for her spirit from among the most devote of his believers, usually one of the current vestal to become his champion. This process has been known to put the receiver into a temporary coma as their body adjusts to the sudden influx of energy but once they awaken they gradually have access to the tremendous power of a celestial being, making them a divine messenger in their own right.

When using any of Rafaela’s powers, the hosts hair transforms into a radiant golden yellow and their eyes turn blue just like Rafaela herself once had.

Tsubasa No Tenshi
Upon Rafaela’s natural death Hakkin granted her a set of angelic wings as commendation for her many years of service to him. By bonding with a host they gain the ability to call upon these wings at will generating them on their backs and control them as if they where their own limbs. At first the host is only able to use them to glide with them but by paying an additional 500 exp they gain the ability to fly up to the S-rank hight limit of 500 meteres. Their skill with flight is determined by the Speed and Coordination stats

Graceful charity
As a pure spiritual entity Rafaela can elect to beneficently share her energy with her host though the amount they can access varies depending on how much experience one has with wielding her power. ]Rafaela has up to a full S rank Stamina's worth of chakra she can distribute. Access to said chakra is available by asking Rafaela but the host is initinally limited to only being able to acess it for 5 posts per topic. This is increased to 10 posts when they reach Proven Champion and 20 posts once Perfect Synchonization is reached. In addition the usage of Rafaela's Chakra doesn’t not come without certain restrictions which well lessened over time with an improved bond are never entirely lifted.

Given Rafaela’s disposition her chakra in naturally tilted towards healing. Should the energy she provides be used for any other purpose other then Iryōjutsu or the other abilities associated with Rafaela the cost of casting jutsu with it will be tripled. This is reduced to Double once the host reaches Proven champion and again to One and a half at Perfect synchronization

The fourth and fifth levels of the chakra grant can only be accessed once the host has gone through the Proven Champion and Perfect Synchronization levels of the Restricted.

Devote recovery
When Rafaela’s energy is completely used up, she will mediate and pray to Hakkin to restore her chakra reserves. While praying she is dormant and her abilities may not be used by the host until she has reached at least 50% of her reserves, which are restored at a rate of 10% per post.

Divine regeneration
As a powerful healer Rafaela can use her energy to regenerate her hosts wounds if she deems the situation threatening enough to warrant her interference. This can be taxing on the host, which is why it is rarely used, but it can potentially heal all wounds, even those that no other technique might be able to. Because she is formed from positive energy and naturally stilted towards healing she is much more cost effective at this then the bijuu version of this ability.

By dumping 10% of her reserves into the host, she can cause all non-lethal wounds to progressively recover over the course of a single post. By increasing that amount to 25%, all wounds will progressively recover over the course of a single post. Even holes in the body and destroyed organs will be regenerated in moments. Once Proven Champion is gained, the host will no longer need to wait for the Rafaela to determine the threat of the situation, and can activate this ability at will.

Loving Sacrifice
The ability to heal wounds is not just limited to the host. With experience that comes with reaching proven Champion they can selectively chose to extend that power onto a patient by touching them. This process sacrifices a larger potion of their energy since it takes more work for her to preform her miracles on those not directly linked to her. It takes 20% of her reserves to heal a patient’s non-lethal wounds over the course of a single post (250 exp to unlock) and 50% to all wounds (500 exp to unlock), thought they still need to actually be alive for this to work. When used on the organ of a bloodline user, such as an dojutsu for example it can generate a new eye for they to see with but can not regenerate the functions of the bloodline itself making it impossible to use to farm implants.

Celestial might
Rafaela was blessed with a portion of Hakkin’s divine will. By communing with her spirit the host can gain access to that same divinity to boost their capabilities tremendously for as long as they have the energy to sustain it.

Heavenly touched (250 exp)
Starting out the host can only draw upon a a fraction of their inner divinity. This grants them a Unique tier to Constitution , Speed and Perception. When in use their are no visible outward changes. At this stage drawing upon Celestral might is draining to the users spirit and as such the cost of keeping it active is deducted from the host’s chakra rather then Rafaela’s

Halo mode (500 exp)
After gaining Proven Champion the user has unlocked the full potential of their inner divinity. Constitution, Speed and Perception are increased by a unique full two tiers. While intelligence and Coordination are increased by a unique one.

When in use access energy overflows from the body forming an enthrall halo above the users head making it easy for someone to mistake them for an angel. At this stage drawing upon Celestial might no longer is draining to the host’s spirit, isolating the cost of Halo Mode to only Rafaela’s chakra. The cost remains at 30 CP per post.

Unity (0 xp)
After unlocking Perfect Synchronization the user is now able to use to their power in perfect harmony. The cost remains at 30 CP per post although both the Host's Stamina and Rafaela's Stamina pool are added together for this purpose.

Self-Offering Love
One they have become a Proven Champion by touching someone else the Host can temporarily share their Celestial might with another person. But by doing so they lose access to it themselves during that time. By paying 250 exp the power can be divided between up to two people not including the host however it is also cut in half when doing so ie a 2 tier boost is reduced to a 1 tier boost, A one tier boost becomes two +. Power transferred in this way can only lasts for as long as the amount of chakra put into by the host it can pay. Ie 30 CP 1 post, 60 Cp 2 post ect.

Rafael’s embrace
By abandoning all offence the user is able to tap directly into Rafaela’s power in order to generate the ultimate defence. When activated the hosts body is enveloped in a cloak of ethereal golden energy. This thin but incredibly dense aura is formed from all the well wishes every follower of Hakkin has ever had.

Applied over every portion of the user's body, leaving nothing uncovered it grants unrivalled protection to grows with the users bond to Rafaela eventually making for a super strong defence. This defensive amour starts at A-Tier in Quality and Material Rank.

This ability costs a flat 500 experience to unlock. Once activated it can stay active for maximum of a 10 posts limit before it must be turned off, and must remain off for a one post cool down before being cast again.

Proven Champion increases the quality and material rank of the armor to S and it now protects against blunt damage. In addition the cap limit is increased to a 20 post limit before needing a 1 post cooldown, although it costs an additional 500 experience to do unlock this effect.

When the host has achieved Perfect Synchronization the quality and material rank of the armor is increased to X. In additional the cap is increased to a 30 posts limit before needing a 1 post cool down albeit this requires another 500 experience payment to unlock.

If any time at any level the user make an attack the ability is instantly cancelled and can not be turned on again in the same post. When turned on again the amour resumes at the same level of the posting cap it would have had for the turn it was cancelled. This count can only be reset by taking a full 1 post cooldown.

The armor costs a flat 5 cp per post for upkeep while active regardless of which level is unlocked.

Light of Affection
When things get truly desperate the host can use their ultimate defence technique.

The counterpart to the Light of affection, but instead of protecting the body this technique is the ultimate defence of the mind.

Shining Nova
The only offensive ability Rafael ever possessed during her lifespan that she created in an attempt to copy Hakkin’s breath attack. It was her trump card to smite the enemies of the church. A Trump card she has now passed onto her host once they reach Proven Champion level.

Sword of Resurrection
Upon reaching Perfect Synchronization by paying 1000 exp the host gains access to Rafal’s crowning achievement. The ability to summon a sword forged from celestial energy and stored in the afterlife by reciting the sacred oath.

"Oh Lord Hakkin, you who beckons to rising heroes. Hearken to this, your child. I ask that you lend me your blessing. To regain, to renew, to release. Come to me Desuraiza" While praying a a magical glyph will appear around the user, glowing brightly with ethereal energy. Upon completion of the prayer a second smaller glyph appears which the user must reach into and then pull out the sword.

Having no offensive capabilities Densuraiza has but one singular purpose. With but a single slice it can return a single dead person of the users choice to life no matter how broken or damaged the body might be, or even if their remains a body at all. However, they would be revived to the state they were in prior to their death. For example if you had an arm chopped off in one battle and then died much later that arm would still be gone. Thus it can't be used to generate extra transplants by taking an organ out of someone's body while they are alive then killing them and bringing them back.

When this ability it uses it drains the entirety of Rafaela’s chakra regardless of how much she has left. After being used Densuraiza returns to the afterlife and remains dormant for at least six months before it can be used again.

Proven Champion
This is the process by which the user unlocks Rafaela’s full might . There are two ways to complete this process.

The first is to face an aspect of the Lord Hakkin himself in battle so that he can judge with his own eyes if the the host is fully worth to wield the extent of Rafaela’s power. Massive in size and processing a tremendous degree of raw power he is not a foe to be reckoned with. His aspect is comparable to a Bijuu complete with his own breath attack to match. He possess most known lighting release jutsu outside of black thunder and lightning release armor.

To begin the process the user offers a prayer upon which they are summon to another plane of reality where the fight can take place without consequence for their surroundings. During the battle the host will have none of Rafaela’s abilities as it wouldn’t be a proper test with them involved. However Hakkin is not without mercy and recognizing that most ninja work in squads will allow the host to bring up to three assistants with them as long as the host is confident the strength of their bonds will carry the day.

While technically not a fight to the death once initiated combat will only be ceased by the host becoming to injured to continue or when they overcome him. He is prone to getting carried away by his zeal, and has powerful healers on hand in case he gravely injures the host or one of their followers in these battles but accidents have been known to happen from time to time.

To be clear the above is mainly for flavor and it's absolutely possible to die from participating in this fight the same way you could with a bijuu control fight, especially if you go into it unprepared.

Perfect Synchronization
Once Proven champion has been reached the user may then move on to Perfect Synchronization. By investing at least a total of 3500 experience they achieve a state in which their soul exists in perfect harmony with Rafaela’s own thus removing the soul overwriting process.

Soul overwriting
While generally having two souls in one body doesn’t cause the host any day to day issues. Assessing Rafaela’s power directly thought is another story. This is taxing on the host’s spirit causing the boundary between them to blur over time the more they draw upon the first Vestal’s might.

The user has 500 points to start with repenting a full and complete sense of self. As more abilities are use this sense of self becomes eroded until they are eventually depleted at which point Rafaela’s soul has completely overwritten their own resulting in their effective spiritual death as they lose control over the character and it becomes an npc.

By flowing extra chakra though the brain and hands they increasing their users efficacy which results in a 1 rank reduction to crafting time of an item that can be stacked with any existing reductions already in effect for other reasons. The amount of chakra this technique costs is commensurate with the rank of the craft being created
Weaknesses: Makes the user more vulnerable to attack while crafting since they have to spend the chakra upfront even if an item takes several days to make. Chakra used this way can't be regained while production is in still in progress.
