+900 Exp from UA

Unique Abilities:
All in the Wrist - From the moment he began his training, Shou had shown a heightened proficiency with all things projectile-based. Picking out targets and hitting them were as easy as pie, and has only gotten easier as his skill has increased. Because of this, he receives a 1-Rank discount on the price of projectile-based Bukijutsu (ex: Shurikenjutsu).
Prodigious - Shou is somewhat of a prodigy. His skill in what he does more often than not adds up to be beyond what is expected of your average Genin. As a result, he is granted an extra 900 Exp at the start. Prodigies, while skilled in some areas, are harder to teach in others. As such, he sacrifices all Exp gains until the 900 is paid off in full.
Appearance:
History: Shou wasn't always a shinobi, nor did he exactly want to be. He was orphaned at a young age, his mother dying due to disease and his father due to drink, so he was forced to survive as an urchin on the street. He had to slink through shadows and steal to survive, he cut purses and he bartered with unsavory sorts just so he could put food in his belly and keep the rags on his back. And he got good at it, too. But one fateful day, he tried to cut the wrong purse, one that belonged to a Jonin.
The woman, seeing the state he was in, gave him a choice: punishment or education. Of course, he picked the second. She adopted him, if you would believe it, and enrolled him in the Shinobi Academy. Turns out the years stealing and sneaking had granted him some proficiency in the more espionage-based arts of the ninja, and he had a natural proficiency with thrown weapons. When he graduated the academy he expected the Jonin, Oya, to put him back on the streets but instead she allows him to come and go as he pleases, something he's grateful for even if he doesn't show it.
Personality: Shou is highly flirtatious yet, he rarely uses his charms to get what he wants, no he more so uses it for dominance as nothing feels better to him than to conquer someone mind, body and spirit. To that he always prefers to be the dominant partner, as he is a bit of a sadist and finds the most pleasure by bringing harm to those he is infatuated with. As such he is the type to make coy remarks and toy with his opponents and often he prefers to keep someone alive so that they can eventually grow stronger and face him. This can be seen as a product of how he was "raised", as he wasn't in any position to kill or seriously injure someone who wronged him as a lone thief, so he settled with showing his superiority something which lingers even now. He is loyal to those who have earned his trust and will fill oceans with the blood of their enemies innocent or not because to him, once someone has earned his trust so long as they don't break it they can be the worst sort of individual and he would still treat them like a friend.
He is very passionate about his ideals and dreams, even though they aren't fully formed in and of themselves, to the point that he can seem to have a fiery personality especially when someone mocks them or dismisses him outright. This can lead him to enact retribution and he has no problems with killing those who disagree with him. After all negotiation is only something reserved for those he deems worthy of respect. And as he would never dismiss someone else's dreams, he feels he is deserving of the same courtesy for his own. He is somewhat distrustful of those who represent the law, or supreme authority, such as the Kage or the Police Force, something ingrained into him from his years as a criminal.
He doesn't truly see himself as a member of a similar body, as he is more a soldier in reserve than a cop. He values the freedom awarded to him, though he aims to gain even more freedom for himself at some point. And he is more likely to lash out in the presence of those who would take those freedoms away.
